I will start this by saying that I was not there personally. I am getting the feedback from the tenant that lives in the house.

Based on the information I received, I was not impressed with the service that was received today. The technician was at the house for 20 minutes. Never took out a tool, never removed a cover from the furnace, never did anything but turn it on and put his hand over the vent and said it seems to be working.

He seemed to be more concerned with selling us a new HVAC system instead of troubleshooting the problem as this one is 20 years old.

Jesse did an awesome job fixing my burst outdoor pipe! He came late last night when I called in the emergency service request and he disconnected the sprinkler system and capped it off so I can just hook up a good old-fashioned hose. Thank you Getzschman and Jesse for helping me within 24 hours to get the job completed!

Bought annual maintenance plan which in the long run was cheaper than paying for two separate visits.

Brendon was very professional and friendly! He explained everything he was planning to do and gave a full report of our furnace and humidifier. I learned a lot and want Getzschman to maintain my HVAC equipment with checkups twice a year. Great experience with Brendon representing your company.

Dylan did a great job, explained what he was going to do and how, was very patient and methodical. I would definitely recommend him and the company. My plumbing issue was on a Saturday and making the appointment was seamless, unlike other companies.

Another great job by the G Force team! Austin and company did an outstanding job cleaning all of the ventilation ductwork in our three story home. Also did a very professional job explaining the entire process in clearly understandable terms, and showed us the results of all that effort at the finish (ugh!). Have used this company for all of our HVAC work for years, and with good reason. Thanks guys!

I would not recommend this company. The technician was tired and couldn't figure out the problem. The unit wasn't fixed, my children had to sleep in freezing temperatures, and I paid $222, plus the check the company will cash. I don't think this is fair.
