The team at Kinnan-Scaping delivered my dream patio. They created an excellent design that considered both the functional needs for the space (retaining wall, drainage, square footage, etc) and the right aesthetics to integrate with our home and the large tree-lined acreage it sits on. Their team was responsive and professional, and worked with me to resolve issues as they came up. This project included several elements that required a variety of materials and approaches, including a retaining wall, large paver patio with two levels, digging out and paving the area under my deck, custom low-voltage lighting, a flagstone path, and a large fire pit that tapped into an existing propane line. They handled it all with expertise. I bid this project out to 5 vendors, and they came in right in line with others with regards to value, but offered higher materials and superior workmanship. We are thrilled with the result. I would absolutely recommend them for any project.

If your looking for landscaping, I highly recommend Kinnan-Scaping. They have done a couple projects for me and they look amazing. They are easy to work with, very knowledgeable and everything was done before they said. Definitely will be using them in the future.

The owner of this place is one of the most rude and least qualified people I've ever met. He leaves no regard for your property, and if you attempt to address his poor quality work you won't get a response. We regrettably used this company and have had nightmares with both the quality of work and associated damages caused. We will be hiring a different landscaper to tear down this companies mistake and will have to spend twice as much to have it rebuilt. Kinnan scaling is not trustworthy.

I'm surprised by the number of good reviews for this company. We were very explicit about what we wanted for our backyard retaining wall. We got 'good enough', but the final product is definitely not what thought it was going to be nor what was spec’d on the drawings we were provided by the company. However, the worst part is that this work was being done during our new home construction process. Our driveway had been poured (but never driven on) and there were open lots to the north and east (no houses, no fences) for them to bring the materials into our backyard. Instead, they opted to drive their skid loader onto our BRAND NEW, PRISTINE driveway, smashing into it each time they picked up a new load of gravel. Our neighbor to the south said his house shook every time they picked up a new load. We ended up with huge cracks all over our driveway. Our builder happened to be in the neighborhood and caught them doing it. He took pictures, called my husband and proceeded to yell at the crew doing this. The crew member told our builder, “I don’t give a <expletive beginning with f>” and kept doing it.

We were very upset about this in general and more enraged when Kinnan-Scaping’s proposed resolution was to remove the sections of the driveway that were damaged and repour them. Anyone who knows anything about concrete knows that we would end up with a mismatched driveway. If we had lived there for 7 years, OK fine, maybe. But, this driveway had NEVER BEEN DRIVEN ON and that was an unacceptable “solution”. We could never come to a resolution, so they turned it into their insurance, who gave us a crazy lowball number at first. It drug on for over a year and we had to hire a lawyer to even get a portion of what we were owed for this. Even that amount would not cover the cost of a tear out and new driveway today.

We withheld their final payment while the driveway situation was being settled. In light of being forced to settle on a lower than reasonable amount on the driveway, we felt it was only fair that they should also have to negotiate on the final amount due; after all, a homeowner shouldn’t be left holding the bag for the landscaper’s negligence. We proposed a settlement amount, we were told he’d think about it and call us back and never did. Then, we got served with lawsuit papers.

Bottom line is, I tell everyone who will listen about this shady company….my realtor (who told the other realtors in her office and network), my coworkers, family, friends, neighbors, etc, etc. I hope this company goes out of business so no one else has to endure what we have. There are hundreds of landscapers in the Greater Omaha area…why take the chance on this one?

Design team was easy to work with and the final product turned out great.

We have used Kinnan-Scaping LLC at 2 different addresses. In both cases Kinnan was great to work with, very knowledgeable and kept us informed of any changes to the work schedule. Ben was great to work with and very responsive to our questions. I would definitely recommend Kinnan - Scaping to anyone.

We have used Kinnan-Scaping twice for major projects in the last few years and totally trust them to do exactly what we want and they said they would do. Brandon has always made sure the job was done right the first time and as agreed. We would highly recommend the company to anyone and will use them for any future needs..

Hired Kinnan to install rock bed all around my house in summer of 2020. Called them back out for leaving grease marks all around my driveway from their skid loader, which they cleaned up. Then called them back out few weeks later because they failed to install weed barrier in various sections, which they also fixed. Then we found out they drove a spike thru my sprinkler line, which was the last straw breaking camel's back. Overall, not the service you'd expect considering their price and perceived reputation. Will not do business again.

We had them do extensive front yard redesign and it was great. Brandon and Ben are fantastic to work with and the crew guy I met was friendly and efficient. They even came back to correct some missed trimming that was in the bid. The cost was slightly higher than other companies but Ben used unique plants in the beds and did a great job of choosing plants that are low maintenance and do well in shade, which were our two primary concerns. I think we paid a little more but it was worth it for the extras and quality. I recommend them highly!

Morgan was super professional. She visited the site several times during installation. She replaced plants that didn't acclimate well right away. Installers were very mindful of our pets and the need to close gates at the end of the day. Our yard is beautiful, and I can't wait to see how it fills in over the years!

Morgan, Ryan, and the team did an amazing job on our flagstone patio. There were a few adjustments that had to be made along the way to due to the sloping in our yard. Each time Ryan and Morgan came to us with great options and talked us thru the best one. I would highly recommended them to anyone! Great job!!

We went to a home show this spring to look for a landscaper to design and install a rock garden in an area of our yard that was in shade and took on water from our constantly running sump pit. Kinnan-Scaping stood out from all the others. Ben nailed the design first time around. We couldn't be happier with Ben, Jared and the professional crew that installed our rock garden. When we were looking for someone to do our patio, I asked around and Kinnan-Scaping was recommended. Ben, our key contact who did the design and coordinated with us was great! He adjusted the design to fit within our budget but to keep what was most important to us. The transformation is amazing .... our old 21 year cement patio was stained and cracking. The new paver patio and fireplace are amazing. we are already enoying! I would highly recommend them.
