Worst customer service ever... called about 10 times and was promised a call back or a mow several times. Neither one ever happened over a two week period.

They always show up when they say they do and do a great job!

We have always had high quality service from H and H Landscape--- they are responsive, creative and get things done on time. We have had both lawn care and hardscaping done in two houses and the neighbors are all jealous!

H&H did a great job transforming our front yard with a wall and plants. They kept the area picked up while working and took all the tools and unused supplies with them at the end of the day.

This Company is HORRIBLE do not bb y u se them…website clearly states mowing…I asked them to Mow my lawn because going on Vacation the receptionist told me to go fly a kite unless I wanted them to mow until the end of the year…don’t need them to mow until the end of the year just need the service you said you offer…she freaks out again screaming at me and tells me I have a problem…this is awesome customer service let me tell ya…don’t ever use H&H Lawn and Landscape the smallest of jobs is just too much for them.

My backyard looks amazing! I went from never wanting to be outside to being out there every night. The crew was very polite and accommodating and the project was finished on time. Can’t say enough about it, just a great experience overall!

HH Landscaping designed and build a new patio for us. They did a fantastic job. They had great ideas for our patio and built it within the promised time frame at a competitive price point.

I emailed these guys last Wednesday asking for a quote to help with fertilizer. Was pleasantly surprised I got a call the same day that someone would come out Thursday to give me a quote and talk about services.

Unfortunately, nobody came, and I haven’t received anything. My lawn is small, so maybe they drove by and decided it wouldn’t be worth their time.

I honestly wouldn’t have cared if that was the case, but it would have been at least nice to get a call back.

2 stars for at least trying, nothing more because I received nothing more.

When I was searching for aeration, I contacted several lawn care companies for quotes and was very pleased with the prices and customer service at H&H. If I have a question, I like to be able to talk to someone, and Joslene, who I believe is the office manager, always picked up the phone or got back to me right away.

Shady tactics, providing and billing for services never agreed to. Their aeration service didn't touch half of our yard. Their "overseeing" treatment had no visible seeds on the ground, much less any growth from it. Thought, well that's the last we will ever use them (fall 2021) Then we didn't renew the service, they came out again unsolicited and tries to bill us for more.
The weed treatment we received in Spring/Summer of 2021 was OK, better than nothing, but still not worth renewing, which is why we never renewed anything. Their only response was "I left you a voicemail and an email," neither of which constitutes an agreement for services. Terrible service, very atypical of Omaha.

I had heartland lawns in my previous home and they are great but I want to explore other service options that included lawn mowing and fertilization treatments all within the same company. Great lawn care and easy billing and statements of work on the online page. Very easy to get in contact with for updates to your service or questions.

This company did our sod work for our lawn..laid the worst type of fescue grass..thickest blade fescue..can not walk or anything..evidently so different than our neighbors on both sides for whom this company did the work at the same time contracted by the same builder.
Very disappointing. Everyday I see it and wonder why would anyone do this!!

H&M lawn and landscape do an amazing job mai tint and creating beautiful landscapes! Even beyond lawn care this company cares about its community and its people. My lawn looks amazing and I am so happy with the service they provide! I highly recommend them!

We built a new house in 2014 and we contacted H and H Lawn and Landscape through a friend of our who used them and they did a amazing job on there yard. We met with the two brothers who are the owners of the business and came up with a plan which they then did a elaborate design for our new home. It was a little over our budget so they worked with us to get within our budget and we chose them. They brought in some beautiful huge natural limestone blocks to build our retaining wall. We also installed a very nice looking patio and firepit which we cannot get enough of and the kids love making smores. We had plants and mulch installed and after the whole project was complete they even brought us a bottle of wine to enjoy on our new patio. All I can say is they are great to work with and do A+ work. We have since started using them to fertilize our new lawn and it looks great already and it's not even a year old yet.

H & H Lawn and Landscape did a awesome job adding a patio and fire pit to our backyard. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and both Mark & Tim were great to work with. We have had no issues since completion and we are definitely enjoying it!
