If you're looking for some absolute low knowledge hacks, look no further. Their sprinkler installs are sub par at best, their silt fences and installation are an absolute joke. If you need any support after their inevitable failure of an install, you may as well call someone else because you're not getting anywhere with this place. If you still insist on using SIS for whatever reason that may be, make absolute sure after you have that 2nd place in mind and on speed dial to do the damage control left behind.

Called SIS to get the sprinklers for my business (retail bank branch) ready for summer. The techs came out and replaced broken heads, made adjustments, etc. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this business to others.

I originally left a bad review. Unfortunately I took one bad experience and labeled the company after that. However, they have done more than expected without being prompted to on two separate services. I have gone from never using them again to never using anyone but them.

SIS has installed severall commercial properties for us - highly reccomended. Kyle is always on top of it- schedule, communication, and emergency repairs.

Carl and the few other guys that have been over to help with my sprinklers are so knowledgeable!!! Jack has such a green thumb too with even more knowledge than just sprinklers!! Again still love to support a local business

Something was broken on my system. I wasn't sure if this was a big deal so I was like upset about it. Jalana was super composed and so nice and I was upset but she went through the whole thing asked the tech about it. Got the info, texted back and forth and a few phone calls stayed patient and explained everything to me and really the part that could have broke or just been old or whatever but I was upset, she did all the stuff and made sure its gonna work out so. Thanks Jalana!

The staff at Sprinkler Irrigation Services does excellent work! We have had an issue with our system for a bit and the tech that came out was very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing the issue and getting our system working at it ls best. Now with winter coming, we had them out to blow out the system and I can rest easy that next spring, we will be ready to water. Thanks to Dustin and his staff for taking care of our system! I would highly recommend SIS if you are having issues with your sprinkler system. They know how to find and solve issues.

They provided excellent diagnosis of the actual problems with my lawn by taking samples and doing tests. They were the first company I found that was willing to take the time to provide the specific services that my lawn needed, rather than just providing me with the same rubber stamp schedule of fertilization that everyone else has alway provided me. They went the extra mile to make sure my lawn receive the additional care it needed to be repaired.

The guys at Elkhorn Lawn Care are top notch. They are fairly priced and you won’t find a landscaping company that will do as good of job as these guys for the price. They gave us realistic timeframes of when the project would be completed and stuck with them. For all the clean freaks out there, these guys did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves every day. My wife and I moved from out of state to Omaha. My research pointed me towards Elkhorn Lawn Care for our landscaping so I asked them over. I could not be more pleased. From the first interaction to completion, they have been just wonderful. We needed some ideas for a trouble spot, and using some of our likes James designed a great solution that exceeded our expectations. The entire crew was hard working, professional, and truly cared about their work, taking time to get the details just right.

We have used Elkhorn Snow Removal for a while and it's the first snow of 2024, we are in our 70's and cannot move heavy snow and we live on HWS Cleveland Blvd on a Snow Route to the Fire Ridge Elementary School and we have been waiting two days for snow removal....my husband had to miss a medical appointment we called yesterday and they said they would be out, we left messages last night and this morning, and then talked to someone who answers phones and still no one has arrived...holding out hope that some one shows up today...we are the only house all up and down the Blvd that has not had their sidewalks cleared....So food for thought if you need a snow removal company....tomorrow is our trash pick up and so we are hoping that maybe they can do their job and clear us today...Sorry to our neighbors who have all cleared their walks...sorry you have to walk thru the snow because Elkhorn Snow Removal which we have contracted with for a couple years...has not showed up to clear our sidewalks on this corner lot. I will give them 1 star for showing up last year...but they don't always clear front porch and by garage doors well.
We have gotten an explanation from Elkhorn Snow Removal that we accept and look forward to continue to work with them in the future as they have assured us that they can clean our sidewalks and driveway in a timely manner. We appreciate their apologies and the fact that they reached out to us today and also got our home cleared of all snow and we are thankful. Everyone can have a bad day as they did...They took responsibility for their late service and that's important to us. So we do appreciate that. We could have been a bit more patient did not know difficult this snow had been to clear.

James and Gerardo’s team worked quickly and made a really tough job look easy…they were on time and left the area they were working on as clean as they could. We have been utilizing Elkhorn Lawn Care's services for a little over a year now. They are very professional, courteous, punctual, and competitively priced. I called around to a couple of other competitors in the area, but ELC came in with the best bid for the 6-step fertilization program. Excellent customer service!

I've talked with and had 2 staff members outside my house to discuss needs in my yard. So far, only one of the yard care services has been completed, but the rest of the season series is yet to come. I've also worked very hard and in detail with Jeni to design a landscaping area with mulch, sod, stones, and borders around these areas. She indicated that this would get started toward the end of May dependent on the weather. I am looking forward to working with the company later on in the summer about seeding and a couple of other needs. The people I've worked with personally or on the phone have been wonderfully patient with me and it is a great comfort knowing that the company is a local one and I'll be dealing with people in the area when there is a problem. I'm looking forward to everything!

Our landscaping job is beautiful! The only problem is with a few weeds creeping up through the mulch, but most are not difficult to pull with the treatment they are now providing. The look of the lawn and landscaping has improved so much, I often wonder if it is still our yard! We've received MANY compliments. Our dog loves it, too. It is soft on her feet, (grass frequently between her toes). She loves to run in it, lay in it, and of course roll in it. Thank-you Elkhorn Lawns. I look forward to the results of the next project. I have used Elkhorn Lawn’s services for over 12 years now. They have provided their fertilization treatments and I have never had any weeds or any problems with my lawn. They are a great Company to work with! My lawn is the greenest in the neighborhood.

Elkhorn Lawn Care went above and beyond our expectations with our project. I have a front yard I can be proud of again! They were quick and thorough on the job, with great quality, and very friendly! Definitely would recommend, and will contract again for our next project.

I am happy from the services offered by Elkhorn lawn care, they did a good landscaping job. We should have been just made aware about the size of plants being planted as we later found them too tiny. But overall a good experience. Would recommend their business.
