Nick Andresen was awesome. He was very responsive and professional. I just bought a new house and the previous owner installed a sprinkler system. Nick walked me through step by step on how to use it. I highly recommend Sprinkler & Irrigation Services (SIS).....

They came out when another company couldn't do.. finished the job in 2 hours that took the other company a month and a half and still no clue.. Carl came out had my system up and running in 2 hours.. Carl was very knowledgeable and answered all questions... will and have used again and would highly recommend this company..

Installed a new controller for my old sprinkler system. Makes setting run times and days so much easier to change as needed. The new controller has wi-fi capabilities as well.

I needed service to get my underground. They were able to schedule me within a week. The serviceman came out the day scheduled and was able to finish in one day. It was not a typical service as many of the heads had to be dug up and reset. I would highly recommend.

I am glad I use SIS for all my sprinkler irrigation needs. The company itself has amazing employees from calling in to schedule all the way to the technician showing up at my door! The technician was patient and kind as I always have so many questions! Highly recommend you give them a call!!

They are very prompt and professional, and what I most like about them is the knowledge of the service techs, they know these sprinkler systems from top to bottom and are very good at teaching the homeowners how to get the best watering routine set up for their yard. Highly recommend.

Sprinkler and Irrigation Services (SIS) is Echelon Home's go to lawn sprinkler company. Dustin and his team have competitive pricing, great service and work hard to get the job done on time. They stand behind their product and quickly respond to any inquiries or issues that arise for our clients. They also provide winterization and startup. I highly recommend SIS!

Called for service because they handle the TOA sprinkler system. Scheduled an appointment when I was available was then called and they needed to reschedule to a day I was not available. I said no was not given a reason and that is the day they chose to come to my house.
They then had to call interrupting my work, and then had to come back on the original day.
Then I this morning I received a random text to click on a link to pay a bill (no name nothing) I was working so I ignored. Then about 2:00 I received a call ignored it they called back so I assumed it was important. I answered and was promptly told I was really past due for payment and I needed to take care of it now! I said I was working and could not do anything now. I told her three time I needed to get back to work before I hung up. They then called back mad that I hung up.
Date of work was 26jun and first contact about any bill was 17jul.
I have been waiting for the bill to submit to insurance.
I was not happy with the work but you sometimes have to deal with that kind of thing. But this calling and telling me I need to pay them now!

Very impressed with their customer service! I recently discovered a broken head/line in my lawn and called after-hours to leave a message. First thing the next morning I received a call and discussed setting up an appointment. I was originally told that it would be a few days out, which is not surprising given this time of year as well as the late notice. I then explained that I had just received landscaping and was trying to get a new lawn established, and anything to expedite the appointment would be appreciated. Within a few minutes I received a phone call back and was informed that they had a technician scheduled for that afternoon. Outstanding customer service and willingness to go above-and-beyond to please a customer. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

I have know Dustin and he has done many projects over the years for me and he and his staff make sure the job is done right. I would highly recommend Sprinkler and Irrigation Services for any system repairs and service.

Dustin and Kyle bring a lot of knowledge to the sprinkler world. There has been nothing that they couldn't tackle at my personal home or the business that I work for. The communication is great through the whole process. I have had to call into the office and speak with office help and they are always friendly and willing to help in anyway that they can. I would recommend them to anyone as they are a great company to use for your sprinkler needs.

I paid them my deposit over a week ago. As soon as I accepted their bid they called me asap for the deposit, now I haven't heard a thing from them about the next steps. I keep having to call them and all I get is a voicemail which they never return my calls, I have to keep calling back to get ahold of someone. When I do speak with someone I never get any straight answers. I am so upset over this.

UPDATE ********* The company did reach out to me to hear my concerns. I spoke with Jalana and she apologized and she explained the next steps. Also Dustin stopped by my house and spoke with my husband and explained how this is a very busy month for them, and he also explained the next steps. I really appreciate them contacting me and taking my concerns seriously. That is all I really wanted is to know the next steps and to be kept up to date. Thank S.I.S. for getting this resolved. I give them a 5 star rating just for taking me seriously and reaching out 😊

Highly recommend for both commercial and residential. Our HOA has been utilizing SIS for the past 3 years. Past companies have had issues servicing our 2-wire system.They came forth with great knowledge and have helped us manage a large 40 zone/1500+ head system to satisfaction. SIS installed the system in the home I purchased. I have since had them out to adjust and fix my system after a retaining wall installation.
SIS was prompt in all communications and were reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and they are my new go-to sprinkler company despite having used a different one in my previous home.
