Alan did a great job, and was very friendly and thorough with the explanation of what he would be doing, along with being very respectful of our home. We’re very pleased.

Alan cleaned my carpets for the second time today. The first time was last year, and I have been using Chem-Dry for several years. Alan was very professional and is thorough in explaining what will be done. At the end of the visit he recaps what he did and how to treat your home going forward. I appreciate the special application for pet accidents. My home smells nice (neutral smell after it’s dry) and gives me peace knowing the accident sites have been treated. I appreciate that when I have special requests they can comply and price accordingly. I am happy with the service and with Alan and I will hire them again.

So fresh, so clean! Ken and Tracy have cleaned our carpets twice now and we won’t go anywhere else. If only you could smell how fresh our carpets smell! Tracy is friendly and always fast to respond. They were able to fit our cleaning in right away too as we have family coming in town a bit unexpectedly and wanted to have a cleaning before they arrived. We have animals and whatever ChemDry uses for these messes truly works wonders. It looks like our carpet was just installed it’s so clean. We are beyond pleased with our experience and will continue to use their services for years to come.

They did a phenomenal job getting the smell of pet urine out of the carpet in the basement and landing on the stairs. The smell was unbearable. I was convinced that either my dog or the previous owners' dogs peed in the vents because the entire house was beginning to smell like pet urine. It's been two days since the cleaning and it's safe to say the smell is gone.
Chem-Dry was extremely responsive to our online request. They arrived to our home on-time, they were honest about the cost and the estimate was accurate, and they completed the job well within the scheduled time frame. It's safe to say I will be using them for every cleaning from now on.

Alan called when he was on his way and arrived during our scheduled window provided by Chem-Dry. He was very friendly, courteous, and did a fabulous job on the carpets and area rug we had cleaned (the pet spots were completely removed).

We kept trying different carpet cleaners and were disappointed more than once, but I’m done with that noise and am adding Chem-Dry to our favorites list.
