We can’t recommend this awesome tree service high enough!!!!! We gave our info & they called us, set up a date to come see our tree, came as promised, gave a very reasonable estimate, scheduled our tree services, came as scheduled & did a great job! Totally cleaned up after themselves! So professional & efficient! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

Got a quote canceled twice on me. After quote called 2 days in row for receipt. Paid in full upfront. Waited 3 weeks heard nothing. When called they said they were Gona call. Scheduled a month out. Would call me to set times. They never showed. Reschedule had to leave work 2 hrs early to make there time frame. Not a word. Always used excuses on lunch. Previous job was unexpectedly too big. Was nxt on list. Waited 5 hrs. No call no show. Reschedule again. Finally came out. Couldn’t do job. Drill didn’t work. Said come out nxt week. 2 weeks nothing acted like what do I need. Like they didn’t know back and forth calling. Reschedule again waited around. Canceled on me again same excuses. 6 times total of not showing up. Couldn’t do the job. Ask for my money back. No apologies or calls. And the receptionists are awful. Worst experience ever sooo unprofessional. Months of excuses.

DJ did a great job pruning our Amur maple. Very subtle pruning to help it keep its beautiful fan shape and ensure it stays healthy and doesn’t get too weighed down.

Eden Tree pros were amazing to work with. They were very professional in how they were willing to work with schedules and deadlines put in place by Bellevue code enforcement. They were able to move my date up and they did very good work in cutting down branches. Easton was very kind and was able to come out and look after the work was done when there was confusion with the person who checked on the work that was done on the tree. It was money well spent and I would highly recommend them.

DJ and Dylan were professional and courteous as they provided care and trimming for four large trees in my yard. They discussed options with me and took care of the trees efficiently and checked in with me and cleaned everything up before they departed.

This was a substantial job that Eden undertook. Took a day and a half. Probably touched 30 trees in the process. The four men that were on the property were the kindest, most considerate and respectable men I’ve ever had the pleasure working with. The type men you want your daughter to meet. The work they did was so professional no stone unturned. The job was completed better than expected, and my wife and I are elated that we hire this company to do the work. We’ve had many companies working on our property, but we’ve never had a company so respectable this one. Thanks again for the service. Excellent work despite cold temp and snow on the ground. Removed 3 trees and one was in a cramped space with difficult access. Cleaned up and replaced fence panel with no damage. Thanks to team leader DJ and the crew. 5 stars!

DJ and his team took on a huge project at our property. They were punctual, friendly, and respectful. They did a great job, finished in one day, and kept the property in good shape despite working multiple trucks and lifts.

Eden tree pros came out and trimmed up my Linden tree in the front yard absolutely looks gorgeous. They did an excellent job cleaned up well definitely recommended if you need some trees trim.

Crew came out to trim up a yard full of shrubs. The crew of Ethan, Connor & Eric did an amazing job. From explaining what they were going to do, to keeping me updated throughout their progress. They removed the debris and cleaned up the yard. They did an amazing job!! Easton, bid estimate guy, was great to work with. I highly recommend this company!

I am truly disappointed in the service I received from this company. I thought I was getting a quality hedge clean up, shaping and trim down. Which included removing the mulberry bushes and whatever bushes were not supposed to be there. But that is not what I received. I waited to write this review to see if the company was going to fix the issue with the service and to date they have not. I paid $650 for the service and see for yourself what had grew back with in just 2 weeks from the date of the original service. When contacted about the issue he was more concerned with me paying the bill instead of taking care of the problem. The bill is paid in full and no follow up from company. I will never use them again and I now have to find another company to do the work right. So sad that they do not stand behind their work. No way the should I have mulberry bushes back in 2 weeks if they were removed.

D j and the crew did a wonderful job. We have 3 oak trees that are 50 years old but had storm damage from a tornado and severe windstorms. They did a great job of cleaning up the trees and cleaned up every branch and leaf they took out of the trees. I would recommend Eden tree service to anyone that needs tree work done. I was so pleased with their work and consideration for where to drive their truck so it would not damage our yard and septic tank. Great job!’

This is the 3rd year I have used Eden Tree Pros. The first two years were great. This year, communication was poor. They came out and we discussed the project and what I wanted done. I was told I would get a quote by the end of the day. Weeks went by and I called and they said someone was out sick and would get back to me. When I finally got the quote, I accepted (the quoted price was great) and asked when it would be scheduled. I never heard back and sent two emails on when I could expect them. One day I had activity on my security cameras and they showed up. I received no notice. They did a good job and clean up was good, but we talked about removing a particular branch and it was not removed. Not sure if I will use them again.

The gentleman that came out and actually did the work did an amazing job and left my place very clean.
My issue was with the customer service of the company. I called to get an estimate, the guy showed up and was very friendly and gave me a price, I agreed to it and asked to be put on the list. He told me that it would be a couple weeks till they were able to get out there. 2 weeks after he was there I received a text message saying they would be at my house the next day so I got the area all ready for them but when the day showed up they no showed and didn’t call to let me know. I waited for 3 days and still hadn’t heard from them so I called and asked when they would be out to my place since they didn’t show when they said. I was told that they would be there that afternoon, once again they did not show and don’t call to say they weren’t going to be there. So I waited another 3 days called and left a message asking when they are going to show up, never received a call back. 2 weeks after I called and when I had called another company because I had given up on this company they showed up out of the blue.

Like I said the guys that came to the house both for the estimate and to trim my tree were very professional and friendly. But it would’ve been nice to have just gotten a courtesy call to let me know they weren’t going to be able to make it out.

The process from the start was efficient and the communication was great. Once they arrived, as scheduled, DJ kept me informed about what the team was doing and made suggestions to obtain the best result without doing things that were not necessary or needed. Overall a very positive experience which is why we continue to give Eden Tree Pros our business.

Really appreciate the service Eden Tree provides. They keep their appointments, do what their arborist recommends and always cleans up after the job. I Ave used them multiple times and will continue to do. I find their pricing very fair.
