The owner, Ken, cleaned our carpet. He was very methodical. He was friendly and pleasant. Our home carpet was cleaned in a thorough manner and in a reasonable amount time. There were no odors and the carpet dried very quickly. The cleaning was started at 2 PM and all rooms were completely dry by 9 PM.

I am very sensitive to various chemicals. I opted for the basic service and I was completely happy with the results. I would recommend “Chem-Dry of Omaha” without any reservations.

On the day of their visit, Ken was punctual, kind, and informed me of all of service options available for our situation. Upon agreeing on how to proceed, he quickly got to work and was done in about 45 minutes. Our family was really pleased with the results. With the added bonus of being a local company, we’ll be sure to use them again!

Jimmy was professional and friendly. My whole place smelled great and carpet looks great. I've had my carpet cleaned before and the company I used back then changed their dirty water in my sink. I’ve used them twice now. Love the employees and the services they provide! Always a super easy and accommodating process to schedule. The crew has always been on time and cognizant of my furniture while working. Makes my carpet look brand spanking new! Not a single stain they haven’t been able tackle.

This company did a great job and I will be using them again! The associate cam on time and was very friendly. Took very little time to clean our carpet. When he was done it looked great! The price was great also! I expected to pay much more. I was very satisfied with my first experience with this company. Would highly recommend.

He got everything done in an hour! My carpet looks amazing, I have two dogs, and two children. Thus, my carpet had a musty, dog smell, now it smells fresh and it is amazingly immaculate.
I highly recommend Chem-Dry of Omaha over any carpet cleaning company, I love that it is more eco-friendly, due to less water consumption.
It’s also nice they send a text message reminder 30 minutes out, this helps for better planning.

Jimmie is the best with Chem Dry, they always impress me with how clean the carpets are after they’ve cleaned, they are professional and thorough and communicate clearly what they are doing up front and give options. With multiple pets I always worry it’ll be “too bad” to clean but they always get it done! I’m a repeat customer and always will be, check them out!

ChemDry of Omaha did a great job on my carpets! I have two Labrador Retrievers who leave ‘footprints’ (and other marks!) on the carpet. Ken and Jimmy got out all the spots and left my carpets clean, deodorized, and fresh. I will definitely use them again.
Update: My pups hit my carpets again! Ken and Alan came out on time, on schedule, and took care of pup spots as well as a coffee spill (my fault!). Once again they did great work. They keep my carpets in perfect condition for a very reasonable price. Recommend highly.

The crew was considerate of our dogs and did the job in a timely manner . They presented our cleaning options and we chose to upgrade due to the pet damage. They got out stubborn pet stains left behind from our foster animals that other companies could not remove. Thank you so much! I wish I had a before picture, but take our word.

Alan was awesome. In and out quickly but did a fantastic job. Took the time to cover the corners of our drywall so hoses and cords would not rub. Explained the billing and options so we could make an educated choice on service. Would recommend 100%.

Ken and his company did a great job removing pet urine stains and smell. With an older dog that had more accidents than we realized…Chem dry came and treated each spot and removed all traces of the urine smell. The PURT system really works well!!
