5 stars ALL the way!!🤩 Everyone I spoke to at Chem-Dry was fantastic from the get-go! I ended up having to switch my appointment time and left a voicemail on a Sunday not expecting any response until Monday but then received a message to switch things around and schedule a different date that same day!! AND, Alan was absolutely AMAZING!! Punctual, attentive, *very* personable, understanding, an expert with our needs + post-cleaning expectations, patient with our young kiddos and so careful with our home -- we will DEFINITELY be having him return soon to help us with the remainder of our home!❤️ He did such a wonderful job all-around and it looked so pretty, I hated to walk on it at all, lol! I highly recommend this company and especially Alan!

I have used Chem Dry of Omaha to clean my hardwood floors a few times. Ken does a great job getting our floors cleaned. Appointments are easy to schedule online and Tracy is always prompt with confirming availability. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a rug cleaned, and Jimmy along with his coworker did an outstanding job. The rug looks fantastic, with all stains removed, including a particularly stubborn old red wine stain. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have found no other carpet cleaning company that can effectively remove urine odor from carpets other than Chem-Dry of Omaha. And although I've only needed them to do this one time, if they don't remove all of the odor, they will come back out and redo their work.

Make sure if you use this company that you have a bid first! I requested a bid a week and a half before I wanted my windows cleaned. The man I spoke with said that he would leave it in my door. I gave him my number and my husband’s cell number. Informed him that I would not be home but my husband would be. We never received the bid so I figured that they must not want my business. Got out of the shower after being up til 4 am working on home projects, to hear the clanking outside of them cleaning windows. I hurried out and asked why I never received my bid and that because I didn’t, I thought they weren’t coming. The guy said “I guess I dropped the ball. I just assumed that you wanted them done”. The price ended up being nearly DOUBLE what I had paid in the past!! While they did a good job, it wasn’t worth the price. I will definitely not be using them again!
