Called K&G Plumbing with issue of clogged sink. Prompt service!
Kirk & Stacy were quick to resolve an issue that happened with the repair. Would recommend!

Although they came when they said they would come, and they worked hard while they were here, the drain was still moving slowly when they left and I was told it would get better.
After only about 4 weeks after they were here, I went downstairs on a Sunday morning and I had sewage backing up in the basement. I called to let them know with the hope that they would be right over to finish what they had started but I never even heard back from them until Monday morning.
I needed this taken care of immediately. This was SEWAGE in my basement. We have an extremely ill person in the house, recovering from major surgery and we did not need raw sewage and smells seeping upstairs.
Luckily, I called another local plumbing company when I got home from church and they came right over. They spent almost 4 hours cleaning out the main sewer pipe - the same one K & G had worked on - and they charge me almost half of what K & G charged.
I am very disappointed with this company.

I'm a plumber who does not work for them and never has and I have never heard anything bad about them. I know they are good people and I have heard they do good work and I would like to believe that. I refer people to them because of this when I cannot handle it myself. Other than choosing me, I see no reason for you to choose them. 😘

Amazing! When my garbage disposal stopped working, they checked first over the phone to see if it was a quick fix I could do myself. It was! They were so kind to try that first. Wonderful people to work with.

In the last month I have need K&G twice; once for a blocked sewer pipe and once for a new hot water heater. Both times the office staff and service guys were prompt, friendly and extremely helpful! I called about the hot water heater at about 2:30 pm and the new one was installed and ready to go before I got off work at 5.

(Ilene Lanser)My parents have used K&G since the early 1990’s. I bought their house and my dad said to only use them, so I have. That unfortunately ended today.
My water heater was leaking. I called them on 4/14. They let me know that it would be several days. I let them know that we need a heads up due to working. Today they called to say that they would be there on the next 10-15 minutes. I told them we weren’t home, but I’d try to get someone there, and I’d call them right back. After calling my kids/grandkids, I called them back within 8 minutes to let them know that my daughter would meet them there. I was told that it was too late, he had already gone on to the next person on his list. And the next appointment would be well into May.

I’ve been waiting for an estimate since Friday that I set up for Monday. Called them Monday because no one was showing up and I had to get back to work, turns out the plumber had something going on with their kid and I had to reschedule. If I hadn’t of called they would have never called me to reschedule. Rescheduled for today Wednesday, same time, and nothing, no show and no call. Very disappointed. They won’t be receiving my business anymore

This company overcharge price and Stacey rude and Roberta a little better. Switching out me element for water heater charge me $435 at rate $155 for 3 hours plus additional $185 but been there only 50 minutes. This is only 1 person jobs send out for 2 person without owner approval. Talk to owner Kurd agree for $296. The plumber broke my sink faucet and kitchen hose. I tried to resolution problems on overcharged and threatening me if I wouldn’t paid turn me into collections. There send me out 2 invoices 1st charge $435 for only 50 minutes & 2nd $185. 2nd invoice I already paid off. 1st invoices I didn’t agree. After change out elements for water heater I had no water call them come back fixing still charged me come back fixing 2 more hours. I strongly not recommend this company and should boycott out services.

They connected my gas line. I am more than pleased with my bill! I’m new to the area and the few companies that I could actually get out here estimated an unreasonable amount of money to connect a gas line. He was here when he said he would be, polite, answered all my questions and just heard and understood what we needed! My only regret is not going with them with other services.

Great customer service and support. Came to house in less than 24 hrs and explained to me how to do the prevented maintenance.

AC quit working on Friday night so we called them in the morning and they came over within a couple hours and was able to fix it! Very professional, recommend them!

Terrible service. Come out to quote me for a replacement furnace, didn't bother getting back to me, I had to call them 3 times to get a response and all they would tell me is "Oh, we don't have time to do it now". Lousy people and lousy business practices.

I called three times in three months and heard the same story: we are busy and will call you when we can make it out. All I wanted was routine maintenance on my system. I called a different company (advanced climate control) and they made an appointment for the next day. I think that Dial could do a much better job of following up with people who call for help.

They replaced my heating and air conditioning systems. Very professional and friendly staff. Left the area possibly cleaner than when they came. It has been a very cool three weeks since the installation, and the furnace has been a definite improvement. This business is definitely one to consider working with.

Called on Precision twice over the last couple years, once for my furnace going out and the other time for my AC unit freezing up. Both times they were quick to respond, professional, explained the issues to me, and left me feeling confident in their work. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
