Grout Medic did a wonderful job cleaning and sealing the grout throughout our house! They were very professional. They also were able to fix several tiles in our master bathroom and shower and recaulk several areas. Everything looks great and new again! They are reasonably priced and also give a veterans discount! I would highly recommend using them!
Blown Away by Grout Medic - Our Old Tile Looks Brand New! I initially approached Grout Medic with a healthy dose of skepticism. Their overwhelmingly positive online reviews – exclusively 5-star – seemed almost too good to be true for a service company. We have a very large house with a significant amount of old, challenging tile, so I was preparing for a catch. From the first interaction, however, my concerns began to fade. Scheduling an appointment with Mike was seamless and professional. He assessed our extensive tile work and provided a quote that was so reasonable, it actually made us wonder if the quality could truly match the stellar reviews. Any lingering doubts were completely erased this past Tuesday. A team of three technicians arrived, and their work was nothing short of phenomenal. To say I was blown away is an understatement; I was genuinely shocked at how incredible our floors looked after they were finished. The transformation was remarkable. What impressed us most, beyond the overall cleaning, was their skill in handling our old and, in some places, broken tiles. We didn't have replacement pieces for some damaged areas, but these experts were able to meticulously fuse the broken tiles back together. The cracks are now virtually invisible – a testament to their craftsmanship. We will enthusiastically recommend Mike and his exceptional team at Grout Medic to everyone we know. If you're looking for truly awesome-looking floors and a company that delivers beyond expectations, look no further. We've found our go-to for all future tile needs!

Mike is amazing! We had an issue with our shower bench tile separating and he did a great job determining the issue and helping us fix it. Not to mention, when I sent in an online inquiry, I don't think more than 2 minutes passed before I got a call. Better yet, we paid about half of what we were quoted because he didn't end up having to do as much as initially thought. Very honest - didn't have to let me know that and charge me less but he did :) HIGHLY recommend!
