I had color put on my tile floors to take the dark away. It looked looks amazing!! Filled in cracks around my windows, outside caulking, around my bathroom and kitchen counters. They did AMAZING work. When I called they answered and was out fast to give me an estimate, The owner was so great to work with and all the employees were so nice and worked hard and the work everywhere was just perfection. In June 2022 our home was 5 years old. The grout in our most used master BR shower began to crack. The Grout Medic very professionally, removed all the defective and potential defective areas and replaced with new grout. That was a little over a year ago and our shower still looks good as new. We have used Grout Medic for previous home projects and will use them again if a need arises. We highly recommend their service.

Kudos to Mike and his incredible team, Johnny and Kadan! True professionals! I had spent money several years ago to have the tile regrouted and sealed. Horrible job!!! Wrong grout color; grout left on tile, sealant applied. Tried several powerful chemicals to remove it; only magnified problem.Consulted two tile installers; said tiles needed to be replaced( 1 quoted at least $10,000). Decided to look on line. Found Grout Medic of Omaha. True professionals!!! They expertly repaired the broken tiles, suggested the perfect grout color, cleaned and applied sealant. Floors look new!!! Wish I had taken before and after photos! These guys are the best!!!

Shower was leaking and even though we still liked the look, we were considering a possible rip out and redo for $4,000-$6,000. Came across Grout Medic and they removed some tiles, replaced the rotten backer board behind them, replaced the tiles, and regrouted and recaulked. Looks better than new for a fraction of what we were going to spend. Great communication and on time appointments too!
