Conflicted on this review because the installation price and work the guys put into getting my water heater installed was great, but the logistics of it could've been improved. Ordered water heater from home Depot, needed certain size tank to fit the enclosure it was in, only had a few inches of room to spare, the tank needed to be less than 22 inches to sit without removing other piping around the area. Tank took a week to arrive, jp picked up the tank the day before install, jp arrives for install without the tank, says someone else picked it up without him knowing, he starts removing old tank, new tank arrives and it is dented and busted up to the point he can't install it. Both of the guys worked their butts off to find a new one to fit from home depot, and did the refund for me, installed the new heater and it was good to go! Just think the tank shouldve been inspected when it was picked up from home depot initially the day before by jp. I would recommend jp to others though.

We recently had our water heater replaced by JP and our experience with them was great. They did honest and quality work at a competitive price. The technician (I forgot his name) was very professional and was able to get us scheduled and complete the work in a very timely manner.
