Threw house trash into yard waste receptacle. I called to complain, was assured it would not happen again. The next visit, house trash in yard waste. I called again, was assured they would personally inform workers not to do it and it would not happen again. Today (the next visit), the house trash again was in the yard waste receptacle. I am terminating service, if they can't follow simple instructions or follow through on what they promise, i do not trust the service.

Employees very friendly, worked hard whole time they were here, very professional, and I'm so happy with my clean home!

Overall happy with the cleaning. But, and this might sound picky, but every cleaning they empty all of the waste baskets which have liners, but forget to replace with new liners. They usually get the kitchen one but hardly ever the bathrooms. If this was a one time thing it wouldn't be a problem. But after time and time again it's one of those things that you remember. And both replacement trash bags are in the same place. So if you see the kitchen liners, why ignore the bathroom liners. Again, doesn't ruin my day but it does make me shake my head.

Seems like the number 1 goal is to get out of here as quickly as possible. Showers are seldom cleaned well. Used to do a good job but lately less than satisfactory.

Terrible service struggled to get someone to clean so I never did, based on the reviews you would think they are a good company but if you dive deeper you will see they are just another company that uses employees like slaves. And doesn’t take enough time to train properly so the work is inconsistent. The bad reviews should be enough for you to find another company. CLEANEST BY FARR is what I recommend instead.

We've been customers for 3 years and have never looked back! The staff always leaves our home so shiny and clean! The price is right too. They do our hardwood floors on their knees, I couldn't believe it.👍

Trinity and Aspen always make sure that I am satisfied with what they have done on each cleaning day. I am happy with them! I haven't had them together as a team for quite awhile and I wish that they would be able to come back and work together again.

Great team. So pleased with the results. Fast, efficient and went above and beyond.

We used them only two times. For initial A and B clean. The initial A clean went well, but the initial B clean was pretty bad. The cabinets were dusty and the floor underneath beds were full of dirt even though they claimed that B clean was meant to "deep clean" bedrooms. Very disappointed with the service, won't be using them anymore.

Update: I got a response from the company after i posted here about my experience and they were very accommodating. I may give them a chance again in future for their "customer first" service. Thank you!

Please get some new vacuums for your crews. They always struggle so much with the vaccine you provide them. I now let them use my personal vacuum that I bought at Costco for $200. Please get them a couple of

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for over 7 years. They send well-trained, hard-working cleaners to my home each week They even have an inspector that does random checks on the quality of the clean and follows up with me on how they are doing. They are very polite, thorough, and professional in their approach. I would like to compliment the management on being able to help me rearrange a scheduling problem at the very last minute. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences with The Cleaning Authority. Highly recommended and worth the price!

In the past we have had some issues with different cleaning crews. However, this last crew (Tuesday) did a fantastic job—especially the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned like never before. Nice job!

Sydney, Haley and Carol did an excellent job of dusting, vacuuming and wiping things down. I had to go to a funeral while they were there, though my husband was home, and when I returned everything was very clean and neat. They are great!
