Abby, Carol & Kayla did an OUTSTANDING job today. I really appreciate their time spent on hardwood floors & vacuuming since I have a dog. Today was the best of all my past cleanings.

Today's cleaning crew is the best. They leave me with a sparkling kitchen that I never want to mess up. Floors are not streaked, which sometimes happens, and bathrooms are as good as new. Love this crew's work. Barb

We just had our first cleaning from The Cleaning Authority and we are so pleased! The did a thorough job throughout the house. It was great to come home to a sparkling clean house! I also appreciated how they did the initial estimate in person so I was able to ask questions and have a solid idea of services and pricing. I would recommend them to anyone!

09/09/25 Regular cleaning crew were out, but G. did all she could to help me keep my clean on schedule. I am a FIRST in the morning type of customer, and I was so happy when she was able to send a new crew to fill in, even though she knew I have used my usual cleaning crew for about 2 years. Thanks, Cleaning Authority for keeping my scheduled clean for September RIGHT on track.

09/10/2024 --- So glad Cleaning authority could accommodate my need to reschedule my clean BUT kept my same cleaning crew. My lead lady has been with me almost 4 years, and I am so glad to see her every month even though she has helped trained many new employees for the company. They are efficient and use their time wisely while they are here. Thanks, Cleaning Authority for your fantastic service.

02/06/23- not my regular crew today because of my scheduling conflicts, but they did a great job. Very efficient and friendly. Very happy to see them, but looking forward to my next clean on 2/27/23 with the girls who have been here lots of times! Cleaning Authority gets an A+ rating from me.

06/11/21 --- I enjoy seeing my regular crew members each time they are here. They do an excellent job and are able to clean my house efficiently and effectively. They are always glad to see my cats too whenever they try to be their helpers!

These 2 professional crew members I had not seen in about three months. They did an excellent job and when asked at the beginning of their shift, they were very good to have me make sure all my rooms had been done completely. They used their time well and they were quickly on their way.

Very professional and responsive to questions and concerns regarding my monthly cleanings. Took the extra time needed to address and take care of the concerns I had. Very friendly to my 2 cats that wanted to watch what was going on. The monthly charge is affordable for us as retired seniors. I will happily give them a reference and great recommendation whenever they need one.

I have been using this company for more than 15 years and they do an excellent job every single time

Cleaning was done in less time than was estimated. One of the cleaning gals said that they finished ahead of schedule and asked if we would want something else cleaned. I would rather have a lower price for cleaning.

Mirta is all I could ask for in a cleaner. So happy I found her. I’d encourage anyone to give her a try!

The Owner, Mirta is always on time, does a fantastic job cleaning, and is very polite, professional and responsive to communication. She also is organized and great at communicating when scheduling a first appointment, and she sends a friendly reminder the day before the cleaning service, which I really appreciate. Overall 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Also Mirta is a small business owner building her own business here in Lincoln, so I am happy to support her growing business and I hope others will consider using her services to support our local businesses as well!!!
