We have used Creative Landscaping 3 times - and will use them again next Spring! They respond to your inquiries so quickly and bend over backwards to provide the product you want. Their crew is so polite, and they work so well together!

Creative Landscaping quoted us a competitive price to remove an old railway tie retaining wall and install a new block wall. They’re work was quick and efficient. Even when we had a slight issue with an aesthetic problem, the team worked with us at no additional charge to achieve our desired goal. Would recommend and use again!

This is the second time and second house where we have used Creative Landscaping. The project recently completed was done early and in a timely manner. The entire crew that was working over a couple of days at my house was polite, helpful, professional, and accommodating. They were neat while they worked and cleaned up after themselves each day! They presented themselves in a professional and tidy manner as well as demonstrated care and pride in completing a job fully and professionally. I am having quite a bit of work done and have a lot of crews to compare them to, by and far they are absolutely the best. My project looks great and functions well. AND as a total bonus the "bubbler system" they installed means I don't have to move a sump pump "drainage pipe" when I mow. I am beyond pleased and commend the business for having associates that conduct themselves in a manner that should make the whole enterprise proud!

I’ve used a lot of big landscape companies when I lived in Colorado. Creative landscaping rates far and above. They took me through every step, drew up great plans and were very helpful in helping with decisions. They not only did an amazing job putting in two slab decks and doing all my backyard landscaping they also moved many many glass rocks and boulders I brought with me placing them in the landscaping to look great. They were all very nice and extremely courteous. I would not hesitate to use them again and definitely will for some future landscaping.

We love the work Creative Landscaping did transforming our backyard. This is a great team, and this company is easy to recommend. Superior communication and follow through; professional and personable from the beginning of the project to the end. The design totally reflects our tastes, refreshes our surroundings, and it all connects perfectly to our existing landscaping. We will really enjoy it. We'll spread the word about you, and we are eager to work with you all again.

We cannot recommend working with Creative Landscaping.
We had a straightforward project: clean out a large rock area and replace with new weed liner & clean rock. I had a very pleasant interaction with Tyler at the beginning when he came out to talk through the project and give us the estimate, but once we paid the deposit and were handed off to the project manager it all went downhill. It got to a point where I was actually going to reach out to the owner to tell him what we had experienced so far - but when we looked for information on the website, we realized I was actually working with one of the owners. Eek.
I was told there was “miscommunications between the office staff and project crew” plenty of times and felt like we were being drawn into the drama. When I had to step in and walk them through the project (many times), I was met with excuses which included employees blaming other staff members. I found it quite unprofessional.
By the end it all, it looked alright on the surface! Then we looked closer and realized how many shortcuts were taken. Within a few weeks we are already dealing with weeds all around the edges and in spots where it looks like our old liner was re-used instead of installing new - even though we were supposed to get all new. :,)
I also had to contact them to remove a portion of the final invoice because they didn’t install any mulch on our existing plants, despite it being apart of the original estimate.
So, maybe simple projects just aren't their thing! But I still can't recommend you take the chance given how much we paid for what we received.

They came when I was out of town, not according to schedule. Plan was to double aerate and seed. When I got home the next day there was no sign of aerating in the yard. I called them and was told they aerated my front yard only not the side yard as described in their drawing. This is what my yard looks like after 2 months of watering and maintaining has instructed.

We love everything about this company the way All our landscaping turned out people walk by and say it looks amazing!!! From the people at the office to the young man who put our landscaping in so knowledgeable and kind!!!! we had A plan when we moved in, we liked it so much we just kept adding stuff!!!!🤗 Definitely accompany you need to look up!!!

I contacted Creative Landscaping to do a job in my backyard where an above-ground pool had been removed. Everyone I had contact with, from the crew to the people doing the estimate, were friendly and professional. They ended up starting my project many weeks before expected, which was a pleasant surprise! The crew worked hard and transformed my backyard in only two days. I’m very happy with the results and the service provided by Creative Landscaping!

CHANGING MY REVIEW---Upon posting my review Marvin contacted me personally & went over & above to make things right!! He is an extremely nice person & apologized for the response I received disregarding my concerns. He cleaned up the weeds explained what he thought may have been the problem, sprayed & will come back & spray again if & when they return. I HIGHLY recommend Creative Landscaping as this was a educational experience for all of us. Thank you Marvin for making things right & understanding my point of view as well!

Very disappointed in this company. $5,000 & less than a yr I have as many weeds come through than before they laid weed matting & river rock. Friends told me to reach out & maybe they would come look at it. I bet $5 they wouldn't because that is businesses in today's world. I won! Would not recommend this company.

So glad I chose these guys! Everyone I dealt with was awesome! I had this done about 6 months ago and waited to do this until the grass looked good too. They put in a new retaining wall for me and fixed all the low spots in the yard then did some sod and some seeding and my flag pole for me. I was recommended them from a friend of mine. However, I still did go out and get 3 quotes. They came out in the middle but the experience I had during the quote was by far better than the others and along with the recommendation I chose them. Thank you all at Creative Landscaping for all you did.

Colton has been very thorough, diligent, and responsible in taking care of my yards. I’m pretty picky with my yard. I like clean edges and tightly mowed lawns. Colton has met and exceeded my expectations. He also takes care of keeping bushes trimmed and leaves cleaned up when needed. I’d highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone to take care of your yards.
