Terrible service after the sale. Patio they installed was settling by a wall and the pond/waterfall was losing water. They came and looked at it and said they'd be back in a month or two. They never came back or contacted me. Went the whole summer unable to run my waterfalls. Contacted Friesen-Travis and the took care the problems. A little price but good quality work.

I love the stairs, path, and landscaping the Trevor designed and team installed. I look forward to the next project we can do. Pictures don’t do justice.

Professional, fast, effortless. I was in need of lawn care services before moving in the middle of the summer. On very short notice, they got me taken care of up to the date I moved. Most other companies were hesitant to work with me because I didn't need services all summer. These guys had no problem. They did a great job and allowed me to focus on my move!

They were all of the above. Very professional and willing to come out and talk to me about any changes. Trevor Mack was very patient with me when I found out I could get more money and wanted to change the plan and add more concrete. Blake was very kind, if I went outside just to see how they were coming along, he was more than happy to explain, things to me. My basement has been leaking along the north side of my basement and they made a beautiful wall curved it around my back patio. Now I have more seating and it keeps the water out of my basement. On the South side the new concrete is keeping the water out. I would hire them again. There were no surprises when I paid the bill.

The crew that did my stone retaining wall did great (especially Nate from CA). He was hard working, knew what he was doing and left the job site clean and neat and did great work on the whole project itself. Thanks Nate and Trevor. I would recommend to my friends.

New Horizon Landscaping is a wonderful group of people to work with. The employees take really good care of your property during the project. We have dogs, and they made sure to close and lock the gates at the end of the day. We had them build a pathway to our patio for us, and it really improved our back yard. If I could attach before and after pictures I would.

You get what you pay for. The price was fair and after witnessing the work and attention to detail put into this project, it is money well invested.

This was our second time working with New Horizon, and we will use them again! It is great to collaborate with Trevor on plans. He seeks to understand and elevate your vision for the space. Our project was on time, on budget, and has gotten many compliments from neighbors and even strangers driving by. Ryan and Stefan were awesome and engaged kindly with my 3 year old, who was fascinated with their tools and process. I highly recommend them for both landscaping and hardscaping.

After researching multiple companies, I decided to go with New Horizon. I needed all my window wells raised (and one replaced), dirt and grading work, as well as plants/flowers/mulch in my front yard. I've had terrible luck with contractors in the past, so I was a bit nervous. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. They were great with communication and they even came in a little under bid. Some of my plants didn't survive their first week - they were right on top of it and replaced some of them immediately and the others the following Spring. They've even checked in after their warranty obligation just to see how things were going and to give me further advice (I mentioned to them that I'm not plant smart). I highly recommend New Horizon!

Stan does a great job helping to maintain our landscaping. His knowledge and expertise has led to some great suggestions for changes and additions. Stan has been a big reason why we are so pleased with our landscaping.

Would highly recommend Trevor and his team. They completely changed the look of our outside spaces in a very positive way. Appreciate Stan for always following up on the well being of our plants and trees.
