Bob and his crew were great to work with! We had a very large tree and 7 bushes removed. The tree was close to our home and they took every precaution to keep everything safe. They were very efficient and knowledgeable. The cleanup process left our yard looking better than before they came, they raked and made sure that no mess was left in the street or in our neighbors yards.

Acme Tree Service came to the rescue when our neighbor's tree fell on our house during the July 10th storm. Bob and his son removed the tree so our roof could be tarped before the next set of rain storms. They returned the next day to remove the tree and all debris. Acme Tree Service has a wonderful crew, great eqipment and is extremely professional, detailed, and did a fantastic job. I recommend them for all tree services you would need.

We had some pretty large branches come down and get stuck in a tree after a nasty storm. This tree is located above my child’s play space and so it needed attention ASAP due to safety. I called multiple tree services and many did not return my call or were booked out months in advance. ACME was prompt in returning my call and had the job done the same day. He and his crew worked quickly to get the job done and even cleaned up a few other trees to prevent future damage from storms. They also chipped and cleaned up branches that were piled by the alley from work we had done. They left our lawn and play space clean and tidy when they were finished with the job. Would use him for any tree service in the future.

The staff is polite and did an excellent job of trimming a large oak tree, two trees in the back yard, took out two large branches in a large tree beside my house that were hanging over my house, and trimmed two bushes. They were very careful not to damage any other plants, the grass, A/C, etc. They also cleaned up very carefully afterward. They used a blower on the driveway, raked up the leaves and small branches, and even made sure there was nothing in the street. Everything looks awesome. I would highly recommend Acme Tree Service. Bob Odom is a skilled arborist.

Bob and his crew are AMAZING! They have skilled and safe climbers that can make bringing a heavy truck onto your lawn avoidable. We have hired them to care for all the mature trees on our property for years. Bob cares about you, your property and truly loves trees and making them as healthy and attractive as possible. He'll do all he can to save a tree you want to keep. And, his pricing is competitive. He's the real deal.

If you’re looking for an honest reliable and reasonable priced tree company look no further! Super professional and done faster than I’d have thought. Have cut 3 trees down for me now and left some good firewood cut and piled as I requested.

I knew the Owner from a friend and he was always professional. When I became a home owner, I had a drippy sap Pine Tree that needed to go. I called up the company and gave them my name and number to have a call back. I was called in a few days and the owner came out to give me quote. I asked when I could have it done and he said some time this coming week. Little did I know that he would have it done and stump grinded down the following day. I have always appreciated the work ethic of the Owner of his crew was very friendly. They cleaned everything up and were extremely professional. I wouldn't call another company until you talk to them first. Thanks Acme!!!! Looks Great!!!

Bob and his crew came out early this summer for some seriously nasty stumps. It was my intention to write this review at that time. There were 5 large ones with tough fencing grown completely inside of them! He along side his crew battled these stumps out of the ground in pieces! They went right to work with no time to spare. We are incredibly impressed with the services we received. He was prompt, considerate, and professional. Most importantly, he made sure it was what we wanted and did exactly what he said he would do.They can handle tough situations! We are planning to have some more work done this upcoming summer. Highly highly recommend!!

Seriously so happy with the service I received today. They not only focused on the giant limbs that covered a large portion of my yard, bent my fence and also covered some of my neighbors yard, but they also went above and beyond to prevent some of the more vulnerable branches on other trees from causing potential damage to my new roof and other areas of the house. Additionally, they took the time to straighten out my fence which made both myself and my neighbor happy. Cannot say enough how wonderful they are and will absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Had Acme cut down some trees and bushes for me. I got about eight estimates total and Acme was the most reasonably priced company (less than other people by over $1000 in one case). Once I confirmed I wanted to do the work they got it done two days later. Other companies said they were five weeks out. They also did some stump grinding. I appreciated the fast, professional service.

We had a 40 yr old spruce die suddenly & needed it removed ASAP. Called Bob at Acme & within two days he came by & gave an estimate. Then, within two more days he & his crew showed up & had the tree removed & all clean up done within an hour. The job was completed as promised at the reasonable price that was quoted. We appreciate his knowledge & customer service & would definitely call him again if needed.

The May 2019 storm left us with a HUGE tree limb laying up against our house. One call to Bob and a few days later he, son Alec (right hand man!) and the crew were over and carefully removed the HUGE limb without causing further damage. The cleanup after the job was done exceeded all expectations! These guys are amazing and I proudly recommend them-you can’t do business with a better company!

hi! honestly - working with owner Alec Odom was such a breeze. i had an issue that i needed handled asap and he eased my mind and my worries and that was so huge for me. he was so beyond progressional and i cannot thank Mr. Odom and his team enough!!

Phenomenal customer service, attention to detail, and clean up after the job! I've used ACME on multiple occassions for tree removal, tree trimming, and stump grinding and have always had a great experience. The crew is respectful of you and your property and the pricing is reasonable. They will be back for my next project!

A friend recommended Acme Tree Service to me and I am grateful she did. Bob Odom not only provided a reasonable estimate but managed to work my small project into his busy schedule within a few days. He and his crew removed several overgrown bushes from my yard and did a terrific clean up afterwards. Within the hour I called Bob again to ask his opinion on how to fix two additional issues that were not part of his responsibilities. I am deeply grateful that he offered to help resolve those problems as well and his crew returned on the same day to do additional work. It was remarkable service and I can highly recommend Bob and his crew.

What a great company!! I'd recommend them to everyone. Comprehensive bid. Gave great advice. This guy is really knowledgeable. Gave my oak tree an IV of iron and after only a few days it looks so much healthier. Totally worth it. I wouldn't have even known to do this. When they left the job, there were no branches or leaves in the yard. My trees look amazing.

Asked them to do a little work on my elderly neighbors trees while he was here. He didn't charge much and did far more than I thought he'd do.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. But here's the thing.

I called to get an estimate, that was fast. I approved the estimate over a mobile web app which was nice. They followed up quickly when I asked for a time frame, they said it'd be 2-3 weeks. That was the last I heard from them.

I already agreed to their price and quote, so the rest of it was on them. 4 weeks went by and still no word. Then we had a windstorm in Lincoln first week in August 2024. So I figured, they're probably busy. I called a couple weeks after and didn't get to anyone but figured they probably had a number to call back too. A month after that, still no follow-up. I don't even feel like I was on their calendar.

I just got the work completed by a competitor who did a fantastic job that I couldn't recommend enough. 💙🐂 I left a glowing review for them too. Which reminded me to leave one here. I was looking forward to working with you. But the lack of follow through and as a result the customer service was terrible. I'm giving 2 stars.

Guys were great. Brought a crew of about 5 guys. They made quick work of the overgrown trees. They did a great job and cleaned up the the mess they made. Will use them again in the future.

I grew up in a Tree service family owned business. I was very impressed with the ACME team. They went the extra mile and made clean proper trims. They were respectful and prompt. They even removed some limbs, leaves and tree debris that were here before they came. They left my yard and my tree is looking fantastic. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have quality service at a fair price.

This company is great! We've used them before and are always happy with the job they do. They are quick and efficient and they do a fantastic job of tidying up before they leave. Plus, the trees look wonderful!
