Near miraculous result. On-time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, did what seemed to be impossible. The house went from a lingering staleness to a remarkable freshness in a matter of 90 minutes. Not your typical poorly trained cleaners who pull up in a van and simply foam your carpets and leave them damp, but instead Matt knows his business - especially the chemical end to cleaning a carper apart from harsh detergents that create a filmy residue. Each step he explained what he was doing and it was remarkable. We had thought to replace the carpeting at great expense, but his skills saved us thousands of dollars, and the house smells clean.

Besides being very professional you could tell Kyle and crew took pride in and enjoyed their work. They wanted to be helpful and do a great job. Great service rarely comes along these days. Thank you

Their Name says it all!! We have been using them for YEARS on our personal houses (my family uses him too), on our rentals. Matt does an AMAZING job. Very friendly, along with his staff. they are informative about not only their products but others, and give you advice on how to stain remove and make your carpet last. I can't say enough good things about them. Anytime we need something immediate he goes above and beyond to help us out and squeeze us in. Even though he is already packed, he still does his best to get to each customer in a timely manner.

Matt has the personality of a professional, yet that home town feel of a man who you would invite in your home and give him the access to your fridge too make something too eat.

Matt and Kile did an amazing job on our home. And the responsiveness and timely performance was astounding. Stains that another company left, they removed and treated so they wouldn't return. Gave us instruction on how to care for and maintain the carpet and keep it looking like new... 12 year old carpet looks brand new. AMAZING job men!!! Thank you for your hard work and awesome job. Absolutely wonderful sevice the young gentleman that was here was very professional and very knowledgeable. He did a great job my carpet looks wonderful and smells wonderful. Plus they came with only a days notice as I was having company and needed my carpet clean. Excellent friendly service !!!!!! Will call them again!

The young men who did our carpets were prompt and polite. They gave us a VERY clear picture of the scope and cost of their work. They were done in a timely manner and gave us very helpful recommendations for care of our carpets. We plan on having them back next fall.

When I asked my boyfriend to arrange for carpet cleaning of home we recently purchased, I thought he called Stanley Steamer...honestly I was a bit perturbed at him when Nebraska's Best arrived (I hadn't heard of them). I was wrong to be perturbed! Kyle from NBCC did a MARVELOUS job both explaining the 3 tiered process as well as getting the job done beautifully (AND very inexpensively, I might add!) Matt, the owner, also came by to make certain all was well.
THIS IS THE ONLY CARPET CLEANING SERVICE IN LINCOLN I'LL EVER USE AGAIN!

Excellent customer service, timely response and scheduled appointment within 2 days of initial call. Service tech arrived at scheduled time to pick up and deliver my area rugs and was very professional and courteous. My rugs look and feel like new again! I have already recommended this business to friends.

Amazing crew! House sold and as we moved out realized no time to clean the carpet. Called them an in an hour they were over. Did such a great job had them clean the new house. Rates were GREAT. Plan n seeing them 2x a year. WONDERFUL.

These guys were great to work with! I was able to schedule them to come in and clean after we closed on our new house. Kyle stayed later than you'd hope to on a Friday, but he was quick, thorough, and did an excellent job. I will be using them again!

Matt with NBCC was great. Explained everything in great detail before he did anything and was honest about everything. Pricing is more than fair as well. This is the 2nd time we've used him and the prices did not change from the 1st time we used him 5 years ago. Definitely recommend!

This was our first time using NBCC. Over the years we’ve used several different companies but I am so happy with Kyle and the job he did. I’m done with my search for a carpet cleaning company that delivers a top quality job. I’ve finally found the one. My wife was delighted with the job that Kyle did too.

Our technician Kyle was the absolute best. Very polite and was a great conversationalist which was rivaled only by his great work ethic. While having a good time talking with him he finished the job of cleaning our large living room in an hour. Great job and good people.
