Kyle was wonderful!! Explained everything, and did a great job cleaning carpet!! It doesn't even look like same carpet!! Price is very reasonable! Won't use anyone else from now on!! Highly recommend!!

Kyle always does a great job and is super friendly. He is always happy to answer any questions we might have and is always up front and honest with his opinion. I also recommend Nebraska's Best to my friends and family looking to get their carpet cleaned.

Kyle did a fabulous job! We had two levels of carpet cleaning and an area rug in the basement which was a last minute add. He rolled it and carried it out to driveway to clean and carried it back downstairs and unrolled to dry! It looked amazing and almost completely removed a year old coffee stain! Kyle is awesome, he went above and beyond in my opinion and definitely deserves a raise!

After receiving one of those cards in the mail with a discount for carpet cleaning I called NBCC for an estimate. The price Matt quoted was HALF of what I had been paying for fewer rooms. So, I gave them a try. Matt is VERY knowledgeable about carpet and I learned so much from him. He and Kyle cleaned both levels of my 2500 ft home in about 2 hours. They moved the easy stuff like couches and chairs and placed foil under the feet when done. They showed me what makes them different from others and how much dirt they were extracting. When they left, the house was odor free, not at all like the terrible chemical smell from other carpet cleaning companies. Lower pile carpet dried in a day and the really dense stuff took about 3 days to completely dry. The carpet looks great and smells and feels clean. I always hated to have my carpets cleaned because of the cost and smell. Not anymore! I've got it on my calendar to do it again a year from now. Don't be afraid to call these guys. You'll pay so much less and be amazed at the results!

If you haven't already tried NBCC, make it your first choice next time you clean your carpets. Kyle arrived on time and with a great personality. Just look at those carpets!

16 stairs a whole lot of carpet, 4 bedrooms and two area rugs. Challenging enough but also 3 dogs live in our home. So dog hair on the rugs and a couple of old stain areas. Very efficient and hard working. So glad we got this done. Hadn't done anything since buying the house in Nov 2021. Thanks to Matt for such prompt replies and to Kyle for your hard work. Recommend your service to anyone.

Excellent! Kyle is very thorough and was done in about 90 minutes. I asked him not to use fragrance and he was happy to comply. Carpet looks great. Be prepared when they arrive. Move anything that is easily moved (side tables, plants, lamps) into another room so all that’s left is recliners, couches, etc. You will need to wait until the next day to move everything back so plan ahead.
