When I called him he gave me an honest answer about the flooring in our house saying that the cleaner I was using was just about as good as he would do. Giving that he gave me that honest answer saying “it may not be worth paying me to do about the same job as you would”, I appreciated that and had him do it anyway because he was so honest. I had him do my carpeted stairs and they look as good as new and I couldn’t be happier!

After we had our house all torn up for them to come and clean, they were having trouble finding us. As a referral from Angi we finally figured out that Royal Carpet was told we were in Waverly, not Omaha. But they were very helpful in going to a group of carpet cleaners and asking for help to get us taken care of that day. Another cleaner helped us out and did a great job. We were very grateful to get the job done!

Royal Carpet Cleaning did a very good job cleaning my rec room carpet. Dave and his assistant treated all stains, deep cleaned the stairs, and moved our heavy funiture, at a very reasonable price. We highly recommend Dave and Royal Carpet.

cat odor (aka cat urine) and it is gone. No need to replace the carpet!!

Our carpet needed a deep clean, and Royal did just that. It hasn't looked so nice since it was new, and it has a very soft feel to it. I was very pleased with Royal's courteous service. I will definitely use them again.

Dave's quote was well below the competitors' quotes yet I am sure he did a better job than anyone else could have! He was very thorough in cleaning our couch, chair, and ottoman--got rid of all of the pet hair and marks--they looked like new! Was very impressed with the company's professionalism and Dave's commitment to his work. Would highly recommend them. In fact, we're having them come this weekend to do the rest of our furniture!
