I rarely choose excellent. We had our carpet cleaned by Royal Carpet and Upholstery. We had an issue with a stain reoccurring. They came back out today and re-cleaned the spots. I appreciate the quick response and the job they did. I would recommend them for carpet cleaning and I would use them again if the need arises.

Royal Carpet is a fantastic company to work with. I need my carpet cleaned fast. I called 2 days before I needed it complete and they fit me in their schedule. In and out. Great service. Give them a call!

This is a really terrific company! Prior to being cleaned, my carpet was...not so pretty, to say the least. The folks at Royal Carpet were thoughtful, thorough, and fast. I have used them in the past, and will keep on calling them; they are the best, and in my opinion, the ONLY game in town!

We are truly pleased with the results of a thorough & professional cleaning. The technician arrived on time, and set to work estimating the carpeted areas. He also took special care of a large Karastan rug and placed a layer of plastic under it to protect the carpeting.

Very well done, did not take long, they even cleaned under the couches and elevated them with foam so the carpet underneath could dry out. Excellent work! I have been using Royal Carpet Cleaning since early 2000 to clean my couches and area rugs. I have never been dissappointed!

Great company! They were on time, very friendly and professional, and did a thorough job cleaning our carpets. They were efficient in their work and make sure to review all the details with me before and after they started. I would recommend them to everyone!

We got new carpet a few months ago and my dog got sick and we had some stains we could not get out ourselves. Even called another company to remove and they couldn't get it out. So I called Royal to give it one more try before filing a claim. Dave and his tech came out and got the stain out!! So I hired them to clean my entire house. They did a fantastic job and they are super friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend them and will use the. Again!

I needed same day Upholstery and rug cleaning and they were very accommodating.I had knee surgery and they helped move furniture off of the rug. They did an efficient job and made it very effortless for me. They were half the price of other carpet cleaners I called and got me in the same day which other places were not as accommodating. I definitely will be using them for all future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

Provided great service from the beginning. Called back right away to give us a quote and set up an appointment, kept us posted when they were running behind and were very professional and nice when they arrived. Did a great job and the carpets look great. I recommend them and will use them in the future.

Royal was able to fit me in on short notice for both carpet and tile cleaning. They were on time, called ahead, and cleaned up completely afterwards.

The cleaning job was excellent throughout the house. The carpeting looks great, even on the stairs, and the tile floors looked like new. Pricing was reasonable. I don't have any complaints.

We’ve been using Royal since our dog was a puppy. It’s been 6 years and every year Dave and team are able to take everything the dog and 3 boys throw at them. My white carpets (inherited from previous owner) and furniture look and smell new when he’s done. He’s priced a little more but that’s because the process is much more thorough than other services we used. Dave is friendly, prompt and professional. I also love that he’s 100% local.

Royal Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning exceeded all of my expectations in all respects. They had a series of appointments, and were able to accommodate my schedule. They arrived early, which worked out great for me. They were friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning my large sofas. They managed to get a out a large stain on one of my sofa cushions. I thought the cushion cover would need to be replaced; however, they were able to get the stain out. My sofa looks brand new and has a nice, mild, fresh scent. I plan on using them again, and would highly recommend them.
