Custom Cooling & Heating, Inc. installed a new Daikin HVAC system into our home after our original 30 year old AC went out. Custom worked with us to get us the combination of heat pump and gas furnace (dual fuel) system that we wanted, while still able to find us something that qualified for rebates. They showed up on time on the day we expected them, were very professional when talking to us, and did high quality work. They even took the time to explain everything to our son, who is interested in going into HVAC after he graduates. Trevor was especially great to work with, and even came back to the house at no charge to correct a small issue. We would highly recommend Custom Cooling & Heating to anyone needing HVAC service or replacement.

Custom Cooling & Heating responded very quickly once it was determined our 30 year old furnace was unsafe & needed to be replaced. They got us a quote the same day & within 2 days they were installing. The installers were professional & did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. We highly recommend them for your furnace & A/C work.

I've had to use this company more than once since I'm a renter .. they are horrible at follow up phone calls and appointments and very rarely show up on time for appointments.

In addition I've had to wait 2+ weeks for a part both times I've needed one AND I'M THE ONE that had to call back and ask for an update... These were both during the winter and one was a simple thermostat replacement. I would not use this company if it were my choice.

Only two stars because they did eventually "do the work".

Would give higher stars since we used them in the past, but we drive by every morning and they sometimes dangerously cut off traffic in their commercial vehicles to get onto Hwy 34. We really hope it was that much of an emergency!

To start out on this review. I would have to say the owner Dave or Dan, I'm not sure on that, was very unprofessional. I have had a issue with hummidity in the biggest room of my house for a couple years now. I finally decided to get ahold of the landlord and have it looked at. Well they ended up getting ahold of Custom and proceeded to set up a day to come out. After being set up with a appointment from 1 to 3 the technician shows up at 4:40. I get it things happen, but when he was here he showed the least bit of interest with being on the job. He was here maybe fifteen minutes and said everything checked out. He proceeded to tell me that, maybe it's the insulation or in some cases people have left the utility door open which will cause issues. I let him know that we do not leave the utility door open since there would be no reason to do so. Later that month, I received a notice for payment to my development company. Stating that, due to the work order information from our recent repair, I will need to pay for the services performed on the unit. On the bill, the technician said all freon levels were good along with amprage going to the compressor. The technician also said, that the door was left open to the utility room pulling hot air into the house. Which was false, as I showed him the utility room myself and would have known if the utility door was open. As I tried to get this fixed with the ower, which took him a week and a half to get back to me. He wanted no part in solving this issue with the technicianand I. He proceeded to get short with me. As I got frustrated, he continued in saying never to call here again and then hung up. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend them. Let's hope this technician gets caught in his own game by cutting jobs short and falsifying paperwork to get off earlier. What should have been a simple air conditioning check. Turned into a three-week ordeal leaving me to foot the bill, because of an inaccurate statement.
