Michael did a great job. He found a gas leak we didn’t even know we had. Fixed it, and showed us photos of what he fixed. Great service on our furnace AC and tankless water heater.

I called bills heating and air conditioning at 8 o’clock in the morning on a very cold day. A half hour later Tim was at my house was very polite. Has the furnace up and running again I would highly recommend bills heating and air conditioning. Also Deb was a very pleasant receptionist and Tim was my technician. Kudos to you both

The young man that came was on time and quickly did his evaluations of my HVAC system. He was courteous and didn’t make any disturbance whatsoever during his inspection process. He told me the results and I was satisfied, so he left.

We were thrilled that Bill’s sent someone out after hours and fixed our AC on one of the hottest days of the year. Alex was fabulous! And the AC is running beautifully!

Ive been using Bills for close to 5 years now for all my HVAC service needs. I highly recommend using them. They are get at communication, very knowledgeable, timely and most importantly HONEST. Their team is great to work with and always gives me piece of mind when they are doing work at my house or buildings.

Our capacitor went out and it was blowing warm air on the hottest day of the year with 100 degree temps. No one else had availability and Curtis from Bill’s was on call. He came within an hour and fixed it extremely quick! Highly recommend!

Chose this company because of the high reviews, but our experience was not great. Paid them $100 to tell us the compressor is out. Had additional conversations about fixing, and the owner even came out to the house to take a look, left his card, and said he would email with next steps. That was over a week ago, and we've been completely ghosted. I've followed up twice with no response. If they don't want to do the work, that is fine...they just needed to communicate that to us. Now, we are heading into 100+ degree days with no air conditioning upstairs. Very disappointed. If you choose them, I hope you have a better experience.

Always thorough and ensure our furnace is ready to go for the winter months (and AC in the Summer). Appreciate the promptness and the job well done.

We came home from a week’s vacation to find the condenser unit not functioning. Bill’s installed the unit ten years ago and services it yearly so I called them. Bill’s HVAC was wonderful, the receptionist worked immediately to get a technician to the site as soon as possible (within 2 hours) and he had it fixed in almost no time. The technician was polite and kind and was great to work with. The fee for the visit and work was very reasonable and we are so thankful to have the house cool again!! Thank you Bill’s for getting repairs accomplished in a timely manner. I recommend Bill’s to anyone needing service to their unit.

I really appreciated the gentleman from Bill’s Heating & Air. He checked everything over on our a/c unit. Everything actually looked and tested great except compressor. He recommended with the age of our unit 10 years old that we just replace it. It makes sense why spend money to fix a used unit when you can spend a little more and get a brand new one with a warranty. Great customer service and I’ll definitely use them again in the future.

Bill’s Heating & Air Conditioning was amazing to work with. I need to shout out both Mike & Alex as they were so awesome to work with. I called Mike in a panic because of no air and he was super quick to get someone onsite within a few hours. Alex, our tech, was so diligent in explaining next steps and fixing the parts needing addressed. As someone who is not familiar with the space, he was great at explaining things so I could understand, was respectful of our home, and very knowledgeable & personable. If there was a 10 star option, I’d give it!
