Cold winter & very busy for them, but Comfort Techs helped our issue AND our understanding of our home HVAC’s setup & equipment. After visit, they followed up next day to make sure system was working ok (it was). Very much appreciate their expertise, quick response and customer care, along with a solution that was affordable. Good company to do business with!

ComfortTechs installed a new Am Standard furnace and a/c 3 years ago. Today came home from work on a cold December day. Furnace not running, temp 61 degrees in house. Was after hours but I called and received a call back in just a few minutes. Very nice man named Zach helped diagnose the problem over the phone. He then stayed on the line for a good half hour while I cleaned a part he directed me to. Fixed the problem right away, saving me a service call. Zach was very pleasant and helpful. I have been utilizing ComfortTechs services for over 13 years. They have installed a/c units in two different homes and also a furnace and humidifier. They have performed the emergency maintenance for me when needed. Each person I have had the pleasure of working with has been professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

The team at Comfort Techs is AMAZING! We had issues arise with our furnace and so our a/c stopped working. Another company in town told us we would be spending a minimum of $2,000 to just fix it and they really thought a whole new system would be more appropriate. After having Comfort Techs come look at problem, the issue was resolved for a small fraction of the cost the other company had quoted us. We are SO thankful for the honest, hardworking, and trustworthy people at Comfort Techs! From now on they will be our first and only call if an issue arises! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I've used this company 2 times. Once for my father, once for myself. Every time they were respectful, kind, and honest. Never tried to charge me for more than what I absolutely needed. Accomodations made to my issues specifically. They even helped me find an electrician when things were going wrong in the house. I worked with 2 Zach's one repairman, one installation man & was very impressed with both. I recommend their services to all friends and family.

We received bids from several different companies. After reviewing my bid with John from comfort techs I knew instantly we made the right decision. From install to completion the process couldn’t have been better. Two installers put a new furnace in not leaving a ounce of dust debris or anything on my floor or in the utility room. The installers were so knowledgeable and polite that they could’ve been sales reps it was truly unbelievable. The greatest thing John from comfort techs was almost half of the price of next lowest company. Hats off to comfort techs and their knowledgeable staff!!!

They are easy to work with. They will work with your schedule. I had my ac and furnace both replaced. They had everything installed in one day and cleaned up after themselves. I got a tutorial on how to operate the equipment by one of their professionals. They tested the equipment and made sure everything was operational. I highly recommend their service. They are very reasonable.

Comfortechs is a great local company. We had them out to service our aging heat pump that ultimately needed to be replaced. We never felt pressured from anyone on next steps and all options were clearly outlined. They had us up and running with a new unit extremely quickly. The install team was extremely communicative about what they were doing and the install shows great workmanship. We've been extremely pleased with everything after install as well. Highly recommend Comfortechs for all HVAC needs!

Called at 0800 my A/C was not working on to be a 90 degree weekend. I live 40 miles from them. By 0930 a guy was at my house fixed my air conditioning. Amazing service!!

I heard a very loud noise from my furnace, it shook my walls, and Les came out that same morning of my call. He explained what could’ve caused the noise and explained what he did to fix it, putting my mind at ease. He also had time to replace the thermostat and explained my in home humidifier. Great service and reasonable price!

These guys are the absolute best, never going to call anyone else in Lincoln. Our geothermal unit was acting up on a very hot day and after not hearing back from other shops in town, I called ComfortTechs and they were at our front door within an hour. Our service tech, Ian was so amazing, super friendly, explained everything clearly and genuinely cared about fixing our issue and making sure everything was perfect before he left. Cannot recommend these guys enough! 10/10 service!

For my needs comforttechs have been extremely helpful, professional, on time, very pleasant and honorable. As a fairly recent Lincoln resident I'm so grateful to have found them. I can recommend them without reservation. I felt the techs were very knowledgeable and the repair costs were very reasonable.

Lost our credit application and after opening an account can not find us "in their system". Don't waste time with the poor customer service!! We had been doing business with them for 20 years and we won't EVER again!

The products are not available for public. A person has to work for a HVAC company to purchase. Its like a 1960's business model because a person can order any of these parts on ebay or amazon now days. I would think they would embrace change and grow profits. Bless Amazon prime.

Called and asked about a part. They said they were a wholesale company and wouldn't sell items individually. Which is ok but don't be rude when saying this. Not everyone can afford a contractor to come out and replace a furnace ignitor. Some of us can actually do it our selves. Maybe try to be a little more helpful next time. Give suggestions.

Don't waste your time with these people they won't sell to you even if you need a part for an emergency. Just buy what you need on Amazon it'll be cheaper and faster. Companies like this are the epitome of why you shouldn't shop local.

Air filters are a part I can buy anywhere else with no problems. If you don't want to sell to people locally don't advertise your location and phone number.

I think this business arrived at the store and not even a single car outside when I entered or attended it once I went for a capacitor and they treated me well today I was the staff there as if a ghost came in for an hour to attend you to say go to another store here there is no conclusion these people do not work only passing and in network on their phone owners or owner of this business manage it or it will go bankrupt at any time you are losing more than 200 customers a day that is money I think this place needs changes such as better customer service
