We had a great experience working with Darren at Absolute Comfort. He and Kyle came out to install a new air conditioner for us and they were very professional, helpful and so neat. They will be the only place I will call from now on!

We woke up to no heat yesterday. I called to leave a message before normal business hours and heard from Darren right away. He had a technician out to our house by 9:30 who was very personable and professional. We thought we had a quick fix and then realized the problem was bigger.

Darren made a special trip to Omaha to get the unit so that we could have heat that night and his guys swooped in and worked all afternoon to get it up and running.

I had a question that evening and emailed and had my answer right away again! (I feel bad as I wonder if they sleep!?)

The entire team was kind, professional and friendly. My mechanicals room was cleaner when they left then when they arrived and they were all sweet to my dogs. Our puppy loved them!

Thank you for being fair, honest, professional, kind, incredibly responsive, and for getting us heat on one of the coldest days of the year so far!

My heater broke the day before a really cold day, but even still the house was down to 57 degrees when I got home for lunch. That same day Absolute Comfort had a technician out and within an hour had the part in hand and the fix done. The technician was very knowledgeable and gave me good recommendations for preventative maintenance.

They did a terrific job in no time. Our furnace was not working and they came within hours and fixed the problem. Professional service and very reasonable prices. We have been doing business with them in two of our houses now and we truly recommend them. And if they are reading this.. thank you for helpings us today!!!

I called with a furnace problem which had already been looked at twice and not fixed by one of the major HVAC service providers here in Lincoln. Within a couple hours of my call there was a technician at my door. He fixed my furnace correctly in about an hour! He was professional and did a great job. Absolute will be my go to from now on!

True story: tenant calls me at 5:30 on New Years Eve to say they have no heat and it’s COLD. I call Absolute Comfort at close to 5:45 (first called company that I had been using in the past — already closed). Absolute Comfort gets there around 6 and furnace is working again by 6:30!!!! So...I’m thinking it will cost a fortune, right? No! No extra charges and price was reasonable for the part that had to be replaced. Amazing. Had them out again to replace the electric furnace on my 3rd floor and I was very happy again with the work they did and price they charged. From my two experiences, very honest and dedicated people run this business.

Absolute comfort was the ideal company for me. I was in need of replacing the furnace and air conditioning. Darren came to the house and gave me an estimate that was fair and put together a combination of equipment that gave me the most bang for my buck. There was no pressure and he answered all my questions. On the day of the install Darren arrived on time with three of his coworkers and they immediately got to work. Throughout the process they explained to me what they were doing and they were very efficient. At the end they made sure everything was cleaned up and left the house in perfect shape. Overall just a great experience. Highly recommended.

Jeremy and Darren are great to work with. They are professional, timely, and do a good job explaining what the problem is, and giving an honest answer of what should be done. I had a problem with my furnace a couple of months ago, and after listening to Darren's explanation decided to have a new system installed and am extremely happy with their service and the product. Scheduling the install was easy and the day of went exactly as planned (i.e. arrival, approx length of install, etc.). I highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Air!

Absolute comfort sent a repair man the same morning I called about our air conditioner not working. He was professional and courteous. He identified the problem within a few minutes, had the replacement part in the van, and had us back in cool air in no time. He really knew what he was doing! This is the kind of service I absolutely love!

They did a fantastic job. I have had an on going problem for a few years. Used two different companies and one guy just shrugged his shoulders and said that is weird. Nate from Absolute Comfort came out and found the problem. Ordered the part and came back the next day and installed it. He checked over my system and everything is running great! I had a tenant at a rental call me about her A/C not working(Middle of July). Her unit was 90 degrees, I called, they got someone out there within 4 hours same day. They Diagnosed the problem, gave me a very fair quote on the parts & labor that was needed. The very next day they installed a new A/C unit, new coil & filter. So Just over 24 hours they accomplished all of this for a very good price. Very professional, very speedy and are more than fair with pricing. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing any work done. 5 out of 5 stars for me. Great Job!!

Always appreciate the quick response when I call, the knowledge they all have, and that they're all a very friendly crew. I highly recommend this company! I've had an issue with my furnace this winter, and an issue with my AC here this summer; all have been resolved quickly, effectively, and surprisingly not as expensive as I always imagine it will be. Our air conditioner stopped working on a Saturday. We were hard pressed to find a repair service to come and help us out. Absolute Comfort Heating and Air was terrific! They made the weekend house call and we were comfortable again in no time.
The work was done in a timely manner and the technician was very helpful . We would definitely recommend this company.

My air conditioner quit working on Friday night and I contacted Absolute Comfort and they were to my house on a Saturday morning at 9 am to repair the unit!! I have used them many times in the past as a Realtor in Lincoln and refer my clients to them and have always had a wonderful experience. They are honest and the are very reasonable priced. I will definitely continue to refer people to them and use them for all my HVAC needs.

I am not surprised Absolute Comfort has 5 stars and almost 500 reviews. My ac went out last night, called them the next morning and a guy was out there within 2 hours. Todd was very nice and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was in and out within an hour. Very affordable. Todd even gave us some tips on how to save money and make our AC last longer. Absolute will be the only company I will be using for my heating and air needs.
