Showed up same day I made the call, was here for about hour and I feel like they were very diligent in looking at every possible issue and got the problem resolved for $205. I was happy with that price for how much Ismael did and I can already feel the difference. Thank you!

Edit: turns out my capacitor was messed up as well and had to swap it out. I called them first thing Wednesday morning and they were here by 12:30pm. They swapped it out for me and since it was a return visit, completely free of charge. Action will be my permanent pick moving forward for that level of service. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you!

Ismael and his apprentice did a great job today. They took time to listen to my concerns and addressed everything in full. Working in unpredictable temperatures daily in Nebraska has to be hard. Customer Service, was great and I would recommend Action to others.

Connor from Action Plumbing did a fantastic job fixing my kitchen sink drain. He also helped troubleshoot an outdoor faucet issue and pointed out a problem in my garage I hadn’t noticed. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. Scheduling was easy and the team was great to work with!

Alec, is the service technician that handled my request to look at my furnace humidifier and filter system. He explained options and solutions. He was knowledgeable and thorough. I’m not quite ready to replace my HVAC system but when I’m ready I will certainly use Action plumbing and heating.

Austin did an excellent job of installing shutoffs on three sinks, hooking up the water supply, adding faucets and an incinkerator, and installing a new dish washer. Not one leak after all this work. I really appreciated his professionalism. Would recommend him anytime.

Action was quick to respond and easy to schedule. Austin was professional, kind and worked quick. He explained what he was doing and thoroughly answered my questions. I’ve worked with Action a lot and have always had great experiences. And the cost was comparable to several companies I checked with. All in all, Action is the best company for your heating, air and plumbing needs!

UPDATED REVIEW: My husband and I did have some concerns with our initial experience with Action when they came out to our house for what we understood was a quote.

The tech we had seemed very inexperienced with the particular issue, and when we got a surprise bill after unclear communication, we called Action to voice our concerns. It was met with a very rude response by one of their employees.

We called to directly address it with the company, seeing as they had been recommended to use for their good reputation and practices. However, after being met with such unprofessionalism, we left a review detailing our experience.

After posting our initial review, the owner encouraged us to reach out directly to him. After doing so, it does seem as though he took the concerns seriously, listened respectfully, and cares about his business and customers. We are reasonable people, and understand that things can get muddled and people have off days.

Though it doesn't erase our negative experience, hopefully this was the exception rather than the norm. We appreciate the intention of the owner to listen and help resolve the issue, as clearly he cares about doing the right thing.

My technician was Evan. He was very professional, friendly, and thorough. What a nice feeling it is to have total confidence that your HVAC is in tiptop shape!

Our basement floor drain was in need of some cleaning and repair, and Austin showed up for us. Polite and professional, got the job done very quickly and cleanly. Thanks Austin!

Spoke with Ken the service manager about a water heater that had stopped working. Jesse was in our house in less than 30 minutes. New water heater was installed and working within 2 hours. Very much appreciate the quality of the work and the timely response of the Action team. Job well done.

We had Action replace old galvanized pipes and replace an old water heater with a new tankless one. Jon got us an estimate promptly, scheduled us promptly, and had plenty of staff on site to get the job done correctly and in one day.

Initial consultation for HVAC upgrade. Matt is personable, very knowledgeable and also very thorough in his description of available options that suit our unique needs. Highly recommend.

Several things going on in the new to us home, and Action has been great all around.

Plumbing. Replaced curb side valve on the 70yr old meter that was seized up. Juan from Action installed a water softener system, which has been really nice with Lincoln’s hard water. He was super helpful in explaining everything.

On the HVAC side Alec was super nice and explained things well and was respectful of our place. Action also installed a mini split in our sunroom, Matt & Dillion were helpful throughout that entire process.

Recommended for plumbing and HVAC projects!

He was punctual, worked hard, suggested to install a better connection, and left my appliance working. My only suggestion is to have cleaning supplies handly when exchanging old appliance with the new one, and to dry the inside after testing it. Great job!

Had our Blower motor go out last week, Noah came quick, verified the issue and got us set up for the next day when the motor arrived, he was outstanding with his service and care for the issues, never once trying to up sale or BS us. The next day we had Evan come to install the motor, again perfect service, going the extra mile to discuss issues and verify any other concerns. This is how service should be. No trying to up sale or waste time, Simply good service. Thank you for the perfect service quick and fast!
