Todd was such a kind soul! He fixed my AC quick! And even stayed to chat with my husband and I. All around a great company! I called at 7:30 am this morning and he came the same day by 1:00 to fix my AC. Definitely will be using these guys in the future !

We worked with Absolute Comfort twice in a few week span on the two furnaces in my home. The first time I called mid-morning and someone was at my house within hours. The second time I was able to reach Darren at 7:00 a.m. to tell him that there was about a 10 minute window that someone would be at my house to let the technician inside. He said he would make sure we'd be taken care of and sure enough the technician showed up exactly on time. My wife spoke to the technicians on both occasions and said they couldn't have been nicer. Absolute Comfort truly takes pride in its business and it shows on all ends of its service.

I am very pleased with the work Darren and his team did. They installed a new furnace, air conditioner and all new ductwork! He and his team were efficient, friendly and very easy to work with. Everything was completed in a timely manner too! I highly recommend Absolute Comfort!

The owner was so kind and professional. My AC went out on a very hot day and they came quickly! They didn’t require me to pay for a service call. I just sent them pictures. Kind humans are hard to find and these people are fantastic. I will be using them from now on.

1/19/20 I asked two different friends for a referral and they recommended Absolute Comfort Heating and Air! 1/23/20 I had a tech come out and evaluate my system as I was just going to have it repaired. However the cost of repair and the age of the furnace made me ask Todd instead for an estimate for replacement of both my furnace and AC. Todd made measurements to determine size of my home and returned to the shop. By 1/24/20 Darren sent me an estimate, Jeremy researched the LES incentive for 96% efficient furnace, answered all questions I had before installation. On 1/31/20 the crew Kyle, Jerome and Calvin arrived on time. They were informative, respectful and professional. They Answered all questions that I had, explained what they were doing, respected my home by protecting my carpet, removed the old furnace and air conditioner— and cleaned up after they finished. Kyle also made sure I was able to set up and use the Nest Thermostat. 4/27/20 Blake came out to test the new AC, Freeon and operation of the air conditioner. All is well there. While here he replaced some of the putty that wasn’t sticking well to the furnace and tightened nuts on the AC top which was causing a vibration. These guys are amazing, and compared to the higher priced alternatives I recommend them they are awesome with customer service!! I’m a very happy and satisfied customer. You can’t go wrong with Darren Kauk and his team! Thanks to you all!!

My experience with Absolute Comfort was very professional and enjoyable. Everyone from the folks in the office to the technician that came to my home were friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they were at my home when they said they would be, knew my HVAC system like the back of their hand and they kept a clean area during and after they had finished the work. I would recommend Absolute Comfort to anyone who wants friendly and efficient service performed on their A/C/heating system.

My AC unit wasn't working rite. It would catch up over night, but gain temp all day long. When i called other HVAC companies during hours of operation. Of course my unit was still on temp or only 2 degrees off. I was not a priority. I explained to Absolute Comfort, and they sent Jeremy ot the next day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. His very polite attitude assured me i was getting quality work. Thanks you guys for our nice and cool home.

I had a great experience with Absolute Comfort. Their customer service and communication was great. My repair was done in a timely fashion. They worked as quickly as possible to replace my AC. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

We had 3 different people at our home to service our gas furnace. Our first technician was Nate. He was very kind and listened to our concerns and did a thorough check of the unit. He determined that we needed a new furnace. Kyle and Nathan were the technicians who installed our new furnace. They were very kind as well and answered all our questions before they left. I would definitely recommend them!

Are used Absolute Comfort heating and air-conditioning last week. They went over my entire furnace, my outside AC unit, they put their gauges on to check how much coolant was in my AC unit. The gentleman that came out was absolutely awesome!! He gave me tips on how to keep my furnace and AC working at 100% efficiency. I would recommend this company to any of my friends or people that I don’t even know. This is a very wonderful company that treats their customers out of this world!! I had them out last week, and now I know that when it’s 100° outside and the dewpoint is at 75, I will be nice and cool knowing that Absolute Comfort heating and air-conditioning took care of everything and made sure all my equipment was ready for the season!!!

This company has been servicing our HVAC for a number of years and we have had such a positive experience with every service person that they have sent to our house. They are very courteous and helpful with how you can also protect yourself with smoke and CO alarms. We are very satisfied with their professionalism. Todd especially is such a friendly guy to work with. Great people.

Jeremy krouse did a great job installing my outdoor unit and converting it from an air conditioner to a heat pump. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will recommend Absolute Comfort to all my friends and family, and will definitely continue to use them in the future.

Highly recommend Absolute to fix AC systems. I had another company come out the day before to solve my issue and they said the evaluation would cost $140/hr and take at least two hours, probably three. I said no thanks to that, since my system is nearing 20 years old.

Absolute came out the next day and solved my issue in under 45 mins and only charged the diagnostic fee. Will be using them again in the future, I'm sure!

Everything about the service was great, from the first phone conversation I had with Darin to the minute they left our house after the furnace and A/C replacement was completed. We got 4 estimates for this job (Using the exact same units on all), we chose Absolute Comfort because they took the time to explain things to us and break things down like we knew nothing about HVAC. They were so clean, I didn’t even know they were in the house afterwards. Would recommend them to anyone!

My experience with Absolute Comfort was the best ever! Darren is such a hands on owner and tells you exactly what you need, he does not try to get you to buy bigger just to help him and his company. The install was smooth and I felt very comfortable with the workers who were here to do the install. They were efficient and showed up on schedule. I am a person who goes by word of mouth which is why I am making this review. I would tell anyone to use Absolute Comfort for all of their heating and cooling issues. I will use them again!

We have just started using Absolute Comfort at our properties in Lincoln. However I have used them for years at my home. Always on time, very knowledgeable and clean up excellent after work is completed. I wouldn't recommend any other company but Absolute Comfort.

He fixed our furnace issues quickly and was great about detailing what was wrong with the unit and how the problem was being taken care of. He also offered tips on homeowner maintenance to hopefully prevent future incidents. Highly recommend!

I have used Absolute Comfort for the last couple of years for routine service on my HVAC system and they have always exceeded expectations. I just had my home inspected for a sale and the inspector missed a critical part deficiency in my unit. Two days later my AC wasn't blowing air at all! I have a home warranty service so tried to submit a claim and that contractor couldn't come out for 6 days! Zero AC in 100 degree weather for 6 days was unacceptable, so I called Absolute and they came out same day! Jeff and Nate went above and beyond to get my AC working same day with compatible parts sourced locally at a very reasonable price I highly recommend not only their customer service, but their knowledgeable techs as well. No matter where I live they will forever be my go to HVAC repair technicians!

Jerome was on-site today to install a whole house humidifier. I was picky about the routing of the duct work and he was more than accommodating and did a fantastic job. On time, very clean installation and left the job site cleaner than when he arrived. I've used Absolute Comfort for years and would highly recommend their team for all of your HVAC needs.
