It was the best experience I've ever had with heating/air company. I was convinced by a different company (who fixed my heater and charged me 2x what absolute would have charged me) that I was going to have to replace the whole system. Nope. My system is in decent condition and just needed some maintenance and a new circuit board. When I do need a new system, I'm going to the honest people at absolute comfort. And I already told everyone on my Facebook page what a great job they did and how happy I was with their service and honesty.

Todd was our maintenance guy that came to our home for the spring a/c maintenance.
This is the first time we've used Absolute Comfort, but we have nothing but good things to say about them! Todd was on time. Was very friendly, even with my (loud) dogs! He ]performed his job quickly and quietly. He explained all he had done and then I paid the bill. The only thing that was different from our other company which we used before, was they don't carry our size of air filters! Todd told me they dont have room on the truck for them! He did tell me where I could find them and showed me how to install them in our particular unit. Turns out, it was much easier than I thought! Their prices were very competitive with our other company; I'm definitely going to have to consider Absolute Comfort for our future needs!!Thank you Absolute!!

Absolute Comfort has been my preferred choice for my A/C for the last few years. They already had a 5 star rating from me for their repair work on my old unit, but today, they earned 6- if only that were a thing... They came out this morning to check our unit, and we scheduled an A/C replacement for tomorrow (which was a pleasantly fast turnaround as it is) but then got a call that they could work us in TODAY. The price was reasonable and the technicians are friendly. I'm glad that I wont be spending any more days in a house that's hotter inside than it is outside.

We used Absolute comfort heating and air when our old A/C went out. Even in peak season they were able to get us scheduled right away. They were on time and gave us a very good but competitive price. The crew came in and knocked the job out , Jeremy K. Went over and above to make sure everything was done to our expectations, we were very pleased with the level of personal service we received. I do definitely recommend this company every chance I get.

So extremely grateful for the amazing customer service given to us by Darren and all others at Absolute Comfort. We were in an extremely sticky situation with our closing and realtor when we purchased our home, but they went above and beyond to keep us informed and in the loop (even though they could've just never contacted us). He really cared for us and had great advice on who to contact. He saved our butts for sure and we will DEFINITELY be using their service whenever needed!

I can't say enough good about Absolute Comfort.

I called them as a fairly new homeowner because their sticker was on my HVAC system and didn't expect much. They came out quickly, changed the small part that needed repair and charged me such a reasonable fee. Quick, easy, and no up-sell!

Flash forward a year or so. My furnace wasn't starting so I called on a Sunday. Instead of racing out and charging me extra for the off-hours service call, they gave me a few simple suggestions to try to get things working and told me to call back if I still needed help. I was able to fix the problem with one of their suggestions and didn't need anyone to come out.

So last week when temperatures rose, I didn't hesitate to call to have them come out to check on my non-working air conditioner. Again, they came right out, let me know that my ancient air conditioner needed to hit the road, and I purchased a new unit from them with complete confidence. Within a few days, they had arranged to have it delivered and installed. Their employee was courteous, helpful, and quick. This company was so accommodating and helpful.

This company is honest and has quality products at a great price. I had multiple estimates done before making my selection. There is a lot of misleading information out there when transitioning from an R-22 unit to a R-410A unit. This company explains everything thoroughly and tells no lies! I was completely frustrated with other big name companies in Lincoln and was absolutely relieved when Jeremy came to look things over and promptly got me an estimate that was so much better than the others...........for the same quality equipment! The installers were awesome as well. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and hauled away the old. My product was registered immediately by the company. (you have 60 days to register you new system or bye bye to the warranty). Some places don't tell you it needs to be registered and here they even do it for you. My advice to anyone looking to convert their AC system would be to do your own research. Knowledge is power. Last but not least, definitely get a quote from these guys! You will be happy you did.

My husband and I were in a bind - AC quit working and house was 85 degrees. We managed for a few days -got a quote from another local company but they weren't available for another week or two. Once temps hit 95+ and humidity was high, the house was unbearable and we were desperate. I filled out a form on Absolute Comfort's website on a Saturday night at 11 pm, stating our immediate need. I had a text from Darren at 8:30 am Sunday morning asking how he could help!! My husband gave the information on our units and informed that we already had a quote from someone else.. we were mainly looking for a temporary fix. We sent Darren pictures of our units and within an hour he sent over an estimate that was $100 cheaper than the other company AND they could come Monday morning! I've never been so happy to write a check. The two employee's who came to install the units were professional and friendly. They did great work and took time to explain some next steps. 10/10 service. Would 100% recommend to friends and family! Thank you so much Absolute Comfort!

Austin was wonderful he was on time. He let us know what to expect while doing the job. He was Knowledgeable about the issue with our sink. We will always use Action as our go to for plumbing issues. Thank you again, Austin for your professionalism and wonderful attitude.

These guys are great, especially Austin. Very professional and even took the time to answer my naive questions and explain the issues they found. They worked fast, the total costs were very reasonable, and I would gladly hire them again if I have any other plumbing issues!

He was great. Fixed the problem in 20 minutes after already had a plumber out that couldn’t fix it!!! I’m totally satisfied and he was a professional!!! Two weeks later my water heater rusted out the bottom and they were here before 8am Monday morning and it was fixed by 10am. Everything was great and they have been professional in all they have repaired. Bother technicians were top notch!

Did a great job with installing our new dishwasher and taking out the old one! Was kind, helpful, and answered all my questions.

Austin did excellent work! A real pro and straight shooter. Action is our go to for all of our historic homes needs.

Although there was an initial mix up (no fault of community action) they were very quick to get my dishwasher installation appointment set up and installed.

Noah very polite and friendly, he took his time to solve the problems. I was happy they schedule all my appoints back to back and with the same service person.

Great work and customer service. They sent a link with information regarding the plumber, Zach, who was assigned to us. He was on time, efficient, informative and cleaned up the area. It seems so rare to have an experience go well these days, so we were impressed and will definitely call again when needed.

Extremely prompt service and my tech Juan was extremely knowledgeable. The cost of service was VERY reasonable as compared to other companies in town. Called at 8am Monday and had a tech at my house by 9:30am same day. My sump pump needed replacing and Juan not only did a careful and thorough job replacing the pump he cleaned out the pit too. He went above and beyond allowing me to see and learn. He explained what the issue was and gave me tips on how to prevent any other issues that may arise.

Amazing! Had a small plumbing issue and they fixed it same day, actually within two hours of calling! The tech was knowledgeable and efficient too.

Austin show up promptly and did an exceptional job fixing my home’s plumbing problems. Very professional. Highly recommended!!!
