The staff member was able to fix the problem with my air conditioner in less than an hour. The price definitely met my expectations as I was afraid it would be more expensive than it ended up being. Reasonable price and quick service. I’d definitely recommend this place if you need any work done on your air conditioner.

I called Capital heating and Air because my central air conditioning stopped working. They came that same day and checked it out. Showed me that I needed to have a new AC system installed, my old system was beyond repair, They got the information and quickly gave me a quote, set up a time to come and put in the new system which they did quickly. They cleaned up before they left. Everyone I talked to or dealt with was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them, they're customer service is excellent they do great quality work and a fair price. I felt like they went above and beyond to help me.

Had my A/C go out on Sunday afternoon. Called in Monday morning and Capital was able to get a tech over in a couple hours. Issue was resolved quickly and I had A/C up and running. Would recommend them for future A/C issues.

Needed them to look at my hvac system for a condensation issue. Came right out. I had to be at work, so my mom was there to let the tech in and he checked it out called me and I had given my card number the night before so they could get paid. Was easy fix just a slight clog in the drain pipe, just charged a service call fee. Great customer service!

We called the office with an immediate repair and appreciated the prompt response, sending a service agent within 15 minutes. The service agent was professional, friendly and highly skilled. The service we received was excellent! We would highly recommend Capital Heating and Air Conditioning.

The tech was quick and efficient reviewing my AC to ensure it is ready for the summer ahead. The trip charge was a little steep but overall satisfied. Capitol has done all my heating/AC maintenance since the beginning.

I needed to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC and not only did Capitol have the best price, they had several excellent suggestions for the update--including moving the AC unit off my back patio (finally!) to a more quiet location. They use reliable, good-looking Rheem units. The installing technicians were friendly, professional, experienced and knew the particulars of working on an older house like mine. The sales manager and office were also prompt, attentive and very helpful. This was my first whole-house HVAC replacement and everything was great. As a bonus, they're just down the street, which is comforting. ;D An honest and earned five stars!

Josh came out and diagnosed my DIY mini split system to have a bad compressor and wrote a ticket so I could get the warranty claim started. After receiving the new outdoor unit Josh came back with another technician and had my system up and running in no time! The office was also super easy to work with and communication was great! I’ll be recommending these folks to all of my family and friends!

I’ve been meaning to do this for almost a year now lol last January with a just barely one year old baby, our heater went out. We were so grateful for how quickly they got out and that they were willing to fill out a simple online form for our home warranty company so we could get reimbursed after we paid them out of pocket. (They don’t work with warranty companies, but they are willing to fill out a simple form so we didn’t struggle financially and that meant so much!) most companies shut down as soon as you mention warranty and assume you want them to work with them to get paid. They didn’t try to give us a sales pitch and are willing to fix things instead of just pushing you to replace them like some companies do. They listen to what the customer wants and are respectful and genuinely enjoy helping the people they work with. I will definitely be buying from them when the time comes to replace any of our relevant appliances.❤️

We had a wonderful experience with Capitol! From booking to our tech, it was seamless and easy. Wouldn’t use any other company. Reasonable and knowledgeable. Darren (spelling might be wrong) was wonderful! Highly recommend.

We needed to relocate our AC unit. Aaron stopped by and gave us an estimate. A few days later his crew came and did a great job. The staff were timely and friendly. We are so pleased with their work. And they cleaned up very well after. Will definitely call them again.

I have used Capitol Heating and Air Conditioning for years. In this era of lackluster customer service Capitol stands out. Their service staff are always pleasant, courteous and knowledgeable.
Our AC died during a heat spell recently. We only had to wait a few hours and the young lad that was sent was all business. He quickly diagnosed a worn out fan motor and got us up and running 30 minutes after arrival.

Our AC went out this morning. We called another company and they gave us a 5hr window. Called Capitol Heating and Air and they said they could have a tech out soon. He was here in less than 30min and fixed our problem in about 10min. The dispatcher and technician were both super friendly and we had our problem fixed within an hour from calling (during an excessive heat warning, mind you!)!! Great experience for a not so great situation!

Capitol H & C has been maintaining our AC units and furnaces for nearly 30 years. We can't speak more highly of this excellent company. The men who have come to our home have been consistently very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They somehow have worked miracles on extending the life of our units, some of which are very old. We highly recommend Capitol and would not think of changing from this stellar company.

Service tech was friendly and efficient. The lady I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Capital Heating and Air Conditioning for fitting us into their schedule when our furnace fan quit. There’s a reason we’ve been using them for 27 years for our heating and cooling needs.

Great and quick customer service. Same day estimate and the next day they installed new AC unit. Half the cost of the other bids I got.

I have never been more pleased with the responsiveness and performance of a service company than I was this week with Capitol Heating and Air Conditioning. Their service technician (Gavin) was here within a few hours of our call. He was personable and professional, competent and knowledgeable. He had our problem diagnosed and remedied within minutes of his arrival. Then, he went above and beyond by checking other features of our A/C unit and cleaned it as well. Based on this experience, I would readily and enthusiastically recommend Capitol Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who is in need of these types of services.

My central air quit late in the evening so I called in the next morning for a serviceman. I was surprised when I was told they would be here that afternoon. The young man came, was very quick to diagnosis the problem, replaced a part and was finished. Great same day service! I have used Capitol Heating & Air on many occasions as I have two central airs and two furnaces which they sold to me and installed quite a few years ago. They're the best!

Quick response to investigate why the A/C went out. A/C and Coils after 19 years keeping us cool died. But the good news is they were replaced and the new A/C is running great. Quick response, realistic analysis as to what we needed, professional installation of new gear at a fair price! Highly recommended and if a new furnace is needed any time soon at our house we will be sure to call Capitol Heating & Air Conditioning again.

We called because we had water in the basement around the furnace. The technician diagnosed a failed humidifier pump within 10 seconds. In the process of talking, he discovered a different and totally unrelated problem. Apparently using regular tap water in humidifiers results in the furnace filters clogging quickly, which results in the thermostat going black. I now know that we have to be careful about use of humidifiers. The entire process was friendly, professional, and respectful. Very satisfied :)
