They fixed my heating problem fast and I am very pleased to have my heat working again! On short notice they got me a first appointment at 07:30 and my furnace was working by 9! I highly recommend this company to anyone and thank you for helping my family!

Called for furnace not working. Technician arrived and after troubleshooting found faulty pressure switch. Repaired and tested furnace. Completed in less than 30 minutes. Great service and knowledgeable technician. Explained the issue and showed me defective part. Price was right as well. Good value for the price.

Love working with Capitol Heating!  Ali at the front desk is excellent with communication and she’s always quick to get a technician scheduled for us!  Kari is also quick to get invoices sent out following a job, which lets us close our work orders quickly!  The service techs are all solid, too, and we appreciate their work on all our properties.  Capitol is a valuable and responsive vendor partner for PPM – grateful for the opportunity to work together!

Last evening, we noticed our furnace was not working. So we called A & A first thing this morning (a Saturday), and the owner and his son were at our house within an hour to diagnose and correct the problem!

Abbos is great to work with. He came out for a service call in less than 24 hours after I contacted him. Very pleasant experience. Goes above and beyond to make sure everything is working as it should. He stands by his work. 10/10 will do business with again. Highly recommend!

Our air-conditioner stopped working on a Friday, late in the afternoon. I spoke with the owner (Abbos) and he arrived to our house within an hour after taking my call. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and really stands behind his work. He was determined to stay until the A/C was up and running again, which it did. He went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy us as a customer, and without question, A&A will be our first call if something comes up in the future! Thank You Abbos!!!

We woke up this morning to the outside unit buzzing. Jeff said he'd be here within an hour and he was true to his word. That alone is hard to find these days. He quickly found it was our capacitor. He replaced it and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with us. I will gladly pay the on call price for impeccable, honest, quick, and timely service! Thank you Jeff!!

i called wellman heating and air on Monday, they sent out kevin on tuseday. he knew his job and did it well. he replaced the capacitor and checked everything else and the outside ac unit works like it should. thank you for for a good job! Nile Hemmerling

Wellman's services were retained to perform annual servicing of our heating and air-conditioning system, including our humidifier. Due to their failure to take a moment to inspect the drainage system associated with our humidifier said system became clogged resulting in flooding of our family room. This flooding resulted in permanent staining of our carpet. Wellman refused to make any attempt at all to resolve our problem. They obviously are not accepting their responsibility to perform services in accordance with local industry standards.

My mother’s A/C went out on a Saturday in 100 degree weather. I called several places with no luck, Wellman’s was the only place that took the service call, came out & had it running within an hour. Fast, affordable (given the day), friendly! Thank you for considering my mother & 101 year old grandma’s comfort & health on a busy hot Saturday!! Highly recommend 😊

The tech was not friendly. He came in and said he broke the discharge circuit breaker and I said it was like that when I pulled it. The air conditioner was still working and there was power to the unit. Now to find out if am getting charged for the part your tech broke off completely. My air conditioner is old and I know its a matter of time I will need a new one there are a lot of companies in Lincoln I will go with. You better rethink how you treat you hope could be a customer again. As of right now I will not call or refer you to anyone else.

Our 15 year old AC wasn’t cooling. After what was thought to be common repair of the thermal expansion valve turned into bigger issues with communication between control panels Wellman’s provided recommendations, upfront pricing and quickly replaced our entire AC system rather than limping along a failed unit. The level of service from all technicians, sales management, and scheduler.

They were prompt on repairs, did not surprise us with additional fees or up charges, and provided a great experience.

After nearly a month of subzero temperatures (February 2021), our HVAC blower motor decided it had enough and quit on us on a Saturday night. Wellmann Heating & Air was able to get out to our house in about an hour to start working on our unit.

They were not able to replace the motor that night because it was a unique model that had to be ordered, but they were able to install a temporary motor that would keep our unit running until the new one arrived. I really appreciated that Wellmann told us the exact cost of the emergency visit up front and was able to give us an accurate estimate of the cost of the replacement motor so there were no surprises when we received the bill two weeks later. Overall I am very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you!

The technician was very quick. Got to my home within a half hour of my call on a weekend and a holiday at that. I was to prepare a big meal using the stove and oven for hours. I would have had to cancel if not for this company and technician. My AC quit working, it was 86 degrees inside my home and outside. He was honest and said it was under warranty, I only had to pay for the service call. He had my AC running with a quickness and I got to enjoy a cool, comfortable holiday with my family. I am so grateful!
