I have been a customer of National Furnace for over 10 years. They have always done a great job servicing my air and furnace. The techs are always so polite and knowledgeable.

National Furnace has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for literally years! Their scheduler is incredibly helpful, their communication is great, and you always know exactly what is happening with the timing of your technician. Their service plan is excellent. Today our furnace pilot light was out and the tech came and diagnosed the issue (50-year-old furnace finally died) within an hour of our call. HIGHLY recommend!!

Same day service! They came quickly to diagnose my A/C and furnace issues. Found the problem, and ran back to town to grab the parts needed so we could be back up, and running the same day. Couldn’t be happier with their service!

My AC broke down on a weekend and it was extremely hot so I expected a pretty long wait because of everyone that would be having problems. I called as I was heading home from taking my wife to work just to get an appointment but Austin said he was already heading back from another call and was in the area and literally beat me to my house by a couple minutes when I was literally only 15 minutes away from home when I called for help. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was operator error from the unqualified home handyman (me) trying to fix things on his own and had my system up and running in a few minutes. It was the absolute best case scenario since I expected much much worse. A+ service, thank you Austin Thornton, give this man a raise!

Nolan was excellent. He explained everything clearly, and we think the quote for a new a/c and furnace is fair. Loyal customer!

I came home on the hottest day of the year to a house that was 85 degrees…it was 11:00 pm. I called National and they sent a wonderful tech to my house. He got there in 20 minutes and quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem. Writhing a half hour it was fixed and my house was cooling off. Just outstanding work!

Looking to get my AC serviced for summer.
I need a Google search for companies to service my AC. I looked at Nationals reviews and gave them a call. The woman that answered was polite, and very helpful. I was surprised that she was able to get my service scheduled for the following Monday. The technician arrived on time. He was clean and neat, polite, and went right to work. He was thorough and his work he was the first one I've ever had that opened it and actually flushed out the inside of the unit. I was thoroughly impressed with his work. I would definitely recommend this company to everybody.

You will NOT find a better company out there for your furnace and air conditioner needs. Friendly customer service. Knowledgeable staff and technicians. I’ve even talked to the owner when I called for service he will answer the phone if he’s in the office. Feels like you are getting small town service in a city where companies have forgotten that you have choices of where to spend your money.
