Furnace wouldn't come on; called two leading companies who pushed me back 48-72 hours before they could meet me. Then I called National and they came to my home immediately (within 30 minutes) to diagnose and fixed the issue. I would highly recomment anyone with HVAC problems to call National first. Fess were nominal.

Although I can’t exactly speak about the service in this particular instance, what I can speak to is the level of professionalism and integrity that National Furnace & AC conducts its business. My initial phone call I was told that I would receive a call back and within 10 minutes and sure enough, Jennifer followed through . They were able to resolve my permit issues quickly and efficiently. Thank you! Look forward to using you again.

Nate and his crew showed up exactly as planned, completed our mini split installation and furnace humidifier as planned at quoted price, gave instructions on their use promptly. We are very pleased with their product, pricing, and installation. I would strongly recommend selecting them for your project.

Highly please with the service I received on 6-11-2020 to service my A/C system. To start off, they were EARLY to the 3:30pm appointment I had set up. Both of the technicians were wonderful, explained things that they had found and done. One was an apprentice, but he still was awesome. Turns out that the leaking that had been going on from the furnace was simply a plugged drain line! Had to replace a part on the outside unit, and I was expecting it to be quite expensive considering how old my system is, but it was VERY reasonable!
I will definitely use National again for anything I need to have done to either my A/C or heating system. Thank you very much!

Once again another excellent service by this company. Just completed having my winter service done, and the only thing wrong was I needed a capacitor replaced that was basically dead. The price was very reasonable and the technician was great in explaining what needed to be done, along with what he was doing.
He said my furnace was in great shape for being 37 years old, so on to 2021!
Again, I would highly recommend this company for the service you need.

Came home to our AC not working at around 8 pm. when putting our 11 month old down for bed. Called for emergency service and was able to get someone out quickly. We are so grateful for the professional service and that we didn’t get overcharged because we requested after hours service. Will definitely be using National again for our future needs. The service tech was great. Kind and courteous and there to help.

I called to request service in the morning when our central air went out on a very hot summer day. I was told they could have a person (Grant) here around 2pm if that was ok, I was happy to get someone here the same day so I said "yes". I received a text about 1:45 saying Grant was on his way. He arrived just after 2pm as promised. He was very friendly and professional. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He provided tips on preventive maintenance I could do to keep things running smoothly. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost of the repairs as well. I will definitely keep them in my contacts for any future issues that may arise. I highly recommend National Furnace & Air Conditioning!!

Excellent help getting a technician to us on a timely basis. The technician was knowledgeable, quick, thorough and did an excellent repair. He was able to explain what had happened and what he was doing. Charge was reasonable

Austin diagnosed what was broken with our furnace, sent for the needed replacement parts, showed up in less than a week and installed parts fast, intelligent, courteous, friendly to my family and pets and not expensive! I will be a long term customer for sure.

National Furnace & Air Conditioning did a great job! When the other companies said it would take 2 days to come out for a service call for a furnace that stopped running in sub zero temperatures, they were out within a few hours the same day. We had to replace our 30 year old furnace with a new one. They were able to install the new furnace the next morning. Nate, our service technician was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done. Thank you for getting our home warm again!

The majority of my interaction with the staff/technicians has been surrounding annual AC and Furnace service for general upkeep through their service plan.
