This morning, the mowing crew knocked my central air conditioner unit off of its brackets onto the ground. I called the office and national was able to send out two wonderful technicians this afternoon to check it out and make sure everything was fine. The temperature was 97 and the heat index was 108. They did a wonderful job and I felt that the price was very fair. And I was so happy to get service on such a hot day with no advanced planning.
I definitely recommend this company to everyone else.

National Furnace had been used during our inspection, and I was able to call and have them setup an appointment within a couple days to come out. Very quick and easy! Thank you!

Had a great experience - technician Jeff was punctual, polite, and very professional. He was able to quickly figure out the issue and get our AC back up and running in no time. I was also pleasantly surprised at how affordable the repair was. I was also impressed that they were able to send someone to come out the next day, and their office staff was also very friendly and helpful. We hopefully need any further repairs for a while, but when we do we will definitely be using National Furnace and A/C again and will recommend them to friends and family!

A+ service. I received an email letting me know that my service person was on their way. He arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and got to work. He was efficient and explained how to use my new thermostat.

Sal and the team are the gold standard in contractors, in my opinion. The team recently installed a new natural gas combi boiler with the additional task of removing the old oil burner and tank. I can't stress this enough, after years of working with multiple contractors, and experiencing good and bad, I would have to say National Furnace would get the award for best contractor I ever worked with to-date. This viewpoint is because of all of the things you would expect when contracting, the price was right and fair, the job was scheduling in advance and the start date held, their arrival time every day was consistent, the work was efficiently and of great quality, and they're very pleasant people! I could not be happier with the outcome, the overall experience, and the high level of customer satisfaction Sal and team delivered!!

We had an appointment scheduled for 1pm and if they weren't going to make it around 1pm they would call and let us know. We verified the appointment with the office the morning of, took off work to be home at noon, called at 2:30 to check in with their office and they said our appointment was 12-5 and he was still scheduled to come; no one ever showed up, no phone call to us as to why or asking to reschedule. Very disappointed especially because we took work off for half the day. Zero communication.

Had water heater replaced. Zach did the work and gave us different options. He explained things in detail. He was very pleasant and courteous. His work was neat. I was very pleased with the results.

Had a great experience with Edwin today. He fixed the problem with my garbage disposal - turns out I’m just not using it enough. Saved me expense of replacing it as I initially expected.
He checked my water heater & based on the age (14+ years) he recommended I replace it rather than continue regular maintenance. Had new water heater installed & old one removed in 2 1/2 hrs. Place was cleaner than before he got here.

Great experience installing a new electrical panel, upgrading service to house and garage and installing an electric cooktop in the kitchen. Everyone was easy to contact and responsive, friendly, and came on time and cleaned up afterward. Highly recommended.

Always a great experience with Star City technicians and employees. They are quick, great communicators, reliable, knowledgable, super friendly, dependable, and timely. Tom upheld these attributes and I enjoyed working with him when he repaired my system.

Edwin came and did our annual plumbing inspection as part of our VIP service package and was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! He mentioned a few things that might potentially need fixed at some point but didn’t push us to fix them right now and even suggested a few things we could do on our own to improve water flow on one of our sinks.

Brandon did our annual HVAC maintenance and inspection appt and was super personable and thorough and gave us recommendations and steps for maintenance that we could easily do ourselves to increase the life of our humidifier and furnace. Would highly recommend Star City and Edwin + Brandon!
