We will be lifetime customers! Contacted All Pro in November 2020 about our heat not working. They came out and the diagnosis was a fried motherboard. Got an entirely new system through them. They offer a great warranty and excellent customer service. David is amazing! I love that he is the 'nerd' of heating and cooling. He makes sure you understand every aspect of what he is doing and gives you tips on how to prevent future issues. Had to call again for our cooling not keeping up and I noticed our exterior unit was making an odd noise once in awhile so I took a video. David to the rescue again, he listened to the noises on the video and immediately had an idea what the issue was! Great work David!!

I had an excellent experience with All Pro Heating and Air. My furnace was not working on one of the coldest nights of the year. Within 20 minutes of calling, Constantine was at my door for repairs. He was very knowledgeable and immediately found the problem. He explained what was wrong and was able to fix it on the spot. I highly recommend All Pro for any needs you have.

I forgot to post my review the last time David was at our home to service our unit but now that he's been here twice, my review will be twice as amazing as I now have twice the experience. Both times when we scheduled our appointment (and were put on the calendar same day as we called, during busy season!!) our technician (David) was early. I know, sometimes it's a fluke deal, but when the technicians are able to make miracles happen, that's awesome. Both times I felt he was attentive to the issue we presented him with and he repaired our AC without breaking a sweat. Super polite. Ladies, he even wears these amazing booties to keep your floors as clean as he goes in and out. I appreciate how thorough of a job he has done for us both times. The first time he was out we really had a funky issue and he was able to diagnose and repair. Same experience this time as well, proper diagnosis and speedy repair. I don't for see us using anyone other than All Pro as long as we either get David or a tech with the same dedication to his job and polite manerisms. Thanks guys for keeping us, the kiddos and the bulldogs cool all summer long.

All Pro is AMAZING!!! David came to assess our situation when we suspected our air compressor had failed on our existing air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, and provided accurate information. Considering the age of our existing air conditioner and furnace unit, we decided to replace both at the same time, but the decision was made very easily with David‘s guidance. The technicians who arrived to install our unit were FANTASTIC!!! Sergey, Constantine, and Mark were all at our house for the day, in the terrible heat and working HARD and DILIGENTLY. This company strives on hard work, cleanliness, and comfort. We highly recommend this company and we are relieved to know that we can always count on them for our future servicing needs. All Pro is a highly professional, and more importantly, trustworthy company. We had interviewed other HVAC companies and know the many horror stories from friends and neighbors about selecting the wrong ones. Constantine and his group were always professional, patient and courteous. They had a fast response time and were available the next day after our furnace and water heater went out . These guys are pros! My air conditioning unit outside started getting really loud so had them come in for an inspection. Turns out it was just an overly dirty air filter and said it wasn't problem and would leave free of charge. We decided to have a full inspection anyway since my air conditioning unit was over 17 years old (older than the usual life of most units) and they gave us quotes on different solutions and options on replacements.

The tech (Mark) that came out was super professional and really helpful in explaining what was going on and had no sales pressure what so ever and also said to shop around and they would try to price match if possible.

Came over the next day from a call pretty late the day before and was just a pro all around.

People don't seem to put a lot into customer service as they used to but man, it makes a difference.

Would recommend to anyone in need of AC repair/inspection 100 percent!

Our furnace starting acting up. So my family suggested that we give Constantine a call at 'All Pro Heating and Air.. He was at my house in thirty minutes after I had placed the call. He was very respectful of our house by placing shoe covers on and greeting everyone including our dog. Constantine was very quick at diagnosing the two issues with the furnaces and simply explained what they were. He explained how the components worked, and explained how the pricing would work which was reasonable. He had the furnace up and blowing warm air in 30 minutes! He cleaned up after himself, as if he was never there. We are very thankful for the amazing service Constantine provided on the cold snowy day! We will be calling 'All Pro' for any future heating and air issues. But not only that I will be recommending the great service at 'All Pro' to all my friends and family.

Amazing customer service, professional technicians, and a very satisfied customer. Our air conditioner had been going out for a few summers- we kept putting it off. We called a few locations for estimates. All Pro arrived at our house the day we called (the other guys said 2-3 days) and installed our AC unit the next day! They matched the competitions pricing, AND gave us a better warranty/service plan. They introduced me to everyone who came to my house, shook my hand, and wore shoe covers while walking through my house without me asking! Our AC went out on a day that the heat index was 114, they came back that evening to check and ensure it was cooling properly and provided us with plenty of information to keep our system running efficiently. David was a fantastic technician, and so professional! Mark was an excellent sales rep- didn’t offer us more than we needed, and texted us answers to all questions we had! We look forward to doing business with them in the future, and will definitely recommend them to our friends and family! What a pleasant experience during such a stressful, hot situation!

A new install of a heat pump went great. I have used AllPro for many years and they are very professional and trustworthy. Their work is clean and neat and they show up on time and call back to check their service. A great company!

I requested assistance with my old ac unit and David was very thorough and honest. I got a new unit and they were able to schedule my appointment way sooner than I thought. On the day of installation, Ted and Mike showed up early, were clean and respectful, and even finished earlier than expected. If you want ease of mind, I would definitely recommend.

Constantine is amazing to work with and does an amazing job!! I would not call anyone else. I called and with in a couple minutes he called back and was at my door with in an hour of me calling. He came in and fixed my heater with in 20 minutes. They are a great company with fair prices! Their customer service goes above and beyond any other company I have ever worked with.

Constantine was amazing. Our AC broke and he was able to come out to help us even at 9 o clock at night. He didn’t even charge any extra fees for coming out so late. He was extremely friendly and caring. Worked diligently and quickly. He had all the equipment he needed to fix our AC in his car so we didn’t have to wait days for our AC to work. Overall great person and technician. I reccommend anyone to use his and his companies services! I would give his company 6 stars if I could.

Called Monday morning. Constantine came out a few hours later. Unit was nearly 30 years old so nothing could be done except to replace it. He was very professional and went over options and expectations. Work was done a couple days later by 2 outstanding techs. They were the most courteous business we’ve dealt with in many years. The techs worked tirelessly and updated other things that we were unaware of like a small gas leak from our water heater! Scary! We are grateful to have picked such wonderful people to work with!

We worked with Constantine from All Pro Heating and Air and he was outstanding! Not only was he kind and respectful, but he was genuinely a nice human being. After he showed up to our house he promptly solved our issue with our AC unit. As new home owners we had no clue how to problem solve or fix the issue and Constantine was able to find the problem and fix it within minutes of his arrival. Spoke with the owner, great guy, great outlook too. They quoted the top tier Lennox at a VERY reasonable price, had it installed the next day. 10 year parts and labor I believe, don't know that could do this well anywhere else. (I'm a mechanical engineer, I dig into the details, and these are the guys that take pride in what they do!)

Mike and Ted and the whole All Pro heating team were excellent. From the initial scheduling with the owner to the assessment and proposal to installation… all was fantastic.

Mike and Ted installed a bit of a complicated new ac and heating unit without any issue. The work was done quickly and thoroughly. I was kept up to date on progress and any potential concerns. Very professional and overall just nice guys too :)

Constantine and the staff at All Pro are the best! After a few years of having them patch up our old furnace we finally had them install a brand new one. It was affordable and they were professional and respectful around our home while doing the install. And they were done with everything in less than a day! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. You should definitely give them a call.
