Heat pump was noisy when blowing. When the repair man came they it was no longer noisy. He did some testing and suggested it might be the filter. We changed the filter and he said to call if we needed more help. After he left the heat pump has been noisy again about half the time.

If you're looking for someone reasonably priced, call someone else. I called to ask what it would cost to replace an over range hood for my mom. He said he had to come out and look to see what it'd cost. Came out a week later and tried saying it'd cost $320, maybe more because they needed 2 people to do the install and would take 2 hours maybe longer. There is no duct, so it was a matter of screws and wiring. That price seemed outrageous to me so I called Schaeffers and they found it outrageous too, and directed me to someone else. The new quote I got was $75 and would take about 30 minutes. With this drastic difference the impression A W left me with was someone trying to take advantage of an older lady with no experience in this field.

Been working with AW Heating for over 10 years servicing both our business and home. Had new systems put in both over the years. They are wonderful folks to work with and we feel we are in the best of hands.

I was sent a service person within an hour of calling. He was very professional, efficient in finding the issue & repairing it. He even had the part in his van! I was up and running in less than an hour! I recommend this company to be sure!

Shout out to the team at AW. New heat pump installed this week and I had a great experience. No one likes dropping a large sum of cash, but the crew walked me through my options. Joyce set up the initial service call with Eric and kept me informed of his arrival time. Eric assessed my AC unit, found the issue and let me decide what I thought was best. No pressure at all, which was great!
Andy stopped by later the same day to get measurements and I had his recommendation the next day for a new unit.
Within a week I was up and running! Kyle was the lead on the install and explained everything down to the use of the new thermostat. Thank you to the entire team for making this experience a positive one!

Our AC stopped blowing cold air late in the evening. Called them at 9am the next morning and they had a tech at our house that afternoon. Diagnosed the problem, cleaned the unit, replaced the failed electrical component and we had cold air by 430. Fair price and great service from everyone we interacted with!

RE: New heat pump/furnace- AW made the process of choosing a system, installing and applying for rebates very easy! The installation team was professional and worked very hard. Highly recommend!
