We had our cooling go out on a hot day so I decided to give them a call. Mark was the one who picked up and was very kind and helpful with all of my questions. They ended up having a field tech come within the hour (David) who was very professional and clearly explained what he was doing and what he believed the issue was. They took care of the problem the same day and it has been running great ever since. I would recommend them to anyone after having this pleasant experience!

Our experience with All Pro Heating and Air was fantastic! They came the very next morning to fix our AC, but what I appreciated the most was that they took the time to explain what was wrong with it and answered all our questions. Our entire unit had to be replaced, after our old AC gave out (it was 27 years old!). They had the new unit in within a couple hours. So thankful for their speed since we have pets and a young child. Professional, respectful and knowledgeable... definitely recommend!

As a relatively new home owner, I'm always trying to learn how to best take care of my house. I knew I could probably do some youtubing to find how to take care of my AC Unit, but I'm really glad I called AllPro for their AC Unit Maintenance Check because it was affordable and educational.

David did an amazing job and was very personable. He helped me better understand my units and how to maintain them and also when it'd be a good idea to call them for extra help.

Michael and Constantine worked on a holiday to ensure my family had a safe, comfortable home. They were very respectful of our home and family. All Pro sent a photo and info on our technician in advance so we knew exactly who to expect. Nobody wants to have to spend that kind of money to replace a system, but if you must, let All Pro take care of you.

All Pro heating and air came out to diagnose issues I was having with my air conditioning system. Mark found the issue in no time and had no issue thoroughly explaining it to me. We opted to have the entire AC and furnace replaced as they were both 12 years old. Constantine came out with another installer (sorry, I can’t remember his name). They had both systems replaced and functioning within a few hours. The whole time they were professional and courteous.

In the following weeks, the new AC unit was not able to keep up with my thermostat. We called All Pro and Mark came back out that day. Over the course of the next few weeks, Mark made adjustments to the system trying to get it to operate as intended. Eventually, Mark made the decision to replace the AC system again with a higher volume unit, at no cost to me or my wife!

I can’t say just how satisfied I am with this company. They truly make customer satisfaction their top priority. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs work done.

My experience with All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning was excellent. David was very passionate about informing us of our options after a thorough inspection. When their crew came out to install the new units, they laid down carpet plastic covers. This kept our place clean, their appearance in clean uniforms added a touch of professionalism. They are very hard workers, they were always on the move. They were happy to answer any questions I had for them. Their whole support staff in the office communicated clearly, concisely and courtesy. Kevin and Nikki really adds great support and knowledge.

Our AC went out late Thursday and we were able to get a technician out Friday. Very responsive and they have notification systems to let you know who is on the way and roughly when they are heading your way. The technician was knowledgeable and honest, we have an AC unit that's 20 years old and instead of convincing us we needed a new one he replaced the broken wire to it. In today's society, businesses and companies profit off of selling new items that aren't necessarily beyond repair yet, we sincerely appreciate the honestly the tech Constantine showed. We know we'll need to buy a new ac system and HVAC soon due to his helpful heads up, and we can prepare for those expenses. Can't recommend them enough, thanks again!!!

Constantine was very friendly and professional. Within 30 minutes of contacting them they showed up at my house and in 15 minutes had our AC up and running again. My husband and I had woken up at 8 AM to realize that the AC was not kicking on, by 9:30 we were fixed. I would highly recommend the company for anybody, they are professional and get the job done quickly. And that is especially important on a day when it is set to be 90!

My husband and I haven't had a working air conditioner since we got married a few years ago. This is the most comfortable we've been during the summer! We received multiple quotes before replacing our unit, and All Pro had the most reasonable prices. The service was great. Constantine is very personable and friendly and I felt completely comfortable having he and his team working in my home. I would recommend them to anyone!

So glad I found this company! They will be my go-to for all HVAC issues in the future. Both A/C systems quit in our house at the same time. They came out for an estimate the same day I called. David was so honest and showed me that the coil on one system had been replaced in 2018, so it was fine. (I had three other bids, and no one else noticed this fact! Even the company that did the work in 2018). I had an estimate during his visit and they were able to come do the work in just a couple of days. Their price was not the cheapest bid, but it was a fair price. On install day, the employees were right on time, super professional and pleasant. All around great experience with a well run business.

All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning has been great to work with. In 2019, my heater went out during the winter season. I called All Pro Heating and Air Conditioning and they came out same day and installed a new heater for me. They gave me great options and David has been great to work with. David made sure I understood everything along the way and gave me good background information. Recently, I wanted to get a whole home humidifier installed and just like my last experience it was great!

2024 Update: My air conditioner was having trouble keeping temperature. I called and they came out same day to fix my unit and it was covered under the warranty. Great customer service and extremely responsive!

Our AC Unit went out on the hottest day of the year, of course. We called and surprisingly Constantine took our call super late at night, on a weekend. We had expected to leave a voicemail. However, he was out at our house the next morning already looking things over. He gave us our options and we knew we could either put a band aid on it or replace it and have some peace of mind. In the end, we trusted Constantine and his crew enough to simply replace everything, including our super dated furnace and water heater. It was expensive but the prices were fair. We even got a bundle discount. In checking, I found that we likely would have paid more elsewhere. My final thoughts are this: If you want to have a job get done quickly and have a crew that knows what they are doing, go with All Pro Heating and Air. All the guys were incredibly nice and I even found myself getting into conversations with them. I felt comfortable with them inside my home and they kept me in the loop at all times. Sure, we didn't have the money for this right now, but we have been sleeping so much better knowing that we got it taken care of. The added service warranty was just icing on the cake.

Constantine was on time for my scheduled appointment, very professional, and fixed our AC quickly. Highly recommend their services!

We have been very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism in all the work All-Pro has done for us. They have always been quick to respond when we had issues in the past and were quick to get us scheduled for new heating/air conditioning units when ours gave out this fall. I was very impressed with their tidiness, timeliness, and just the general respect they had for the fact they would be in my home all day. They did a great job keeping me informed as they moved about and explaining what they were doing. At one point I was giving a piano lesson and they even took an early lunch so as not to cause any distraction. They have always taken care of our needs and we are thankful for the solid service they provide.

Had some issues with our AC, called in and Constantin was able to come to our house in a little less than 2 hours! Fixed the problem and explained what was going on with our unit. High quality service and they're a local business, so 10/10 would recommend giving them your business!

The absolute best company to go with in the Lincoln area! They have saved us after poor service with another company in the past and we’ve only used them since. Most recently- I called Tuesday evening asking if they offer financing (the answer was yes). They came over Thursday (the very next day) even after hours when we would be home to give an estimate, we applied for financing, set up an appointment for them to come back the very next morning to install the new unit and the gentleman worked his rear off and made sure everything was perfect!! Now we have a brand new ac and don’t have to worry this summer about what day it might go out since it was just limping along. Highly recommend and am thankful for their hard work and prompt availability. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All Pro were a pleasure to work with! Their financing option was a breeze and really helped us out as we had to replace our entire outdated system - an expensive hit! The initial tech who came out to inspect/diagnosis our unit was very kind and ensured we had a fully comprehensive report regarding the issue, and the installation techs who worked ALL DAY to replace our whole system (inside and outside) were so courtesy and detail oriented. They explained everything they completed/installed and ensured we had a complete understanding of the system before leaving. We will definitely be recommending All Pro to our friends and family.
