I’ve used action a few times now for my personal home and rental property. They do a great job and are affordable. Had a great experience with Zack today, will be requesting him going forward for all my plumbing projects.

Jesse did an excellent job with replacing my water heater. Also asked if I wanted to upgrade to a 50 gallon from a 40 and was able to tell me the cost difference without hesitation. I did upgrade based on cost. Highly recommend action!

Matt has been fantastic! He’s thorough and didn’t try to upsell us. He gave us options and we’re excited to get our new HVAC system!

Austin, of Action Plumbing, fixed an obstructed basement floor drain for me today. He was efficient and skilled. Of equal importance, Austin explained what he was doing and answered my numerous questions. He also gave me what I believe to be good advice regarding additional service for my nearly 70 year old sewer stack. Without reservation, I would recommend engaging Austin if you have similar needs.

Austin came over and snaked out our main drain line to the city and unfortunately tree roots got back in the drain 2 weeks later... But we were taken care of and we have no issues now whatsoever.!! Very happy.

I live at Lionsgate Apartments, and we recently experienced a major water break across the community. I just wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you to Action for their incredible response. They were so quick to get our water restored, and I truly appreciate their dedication and hard work. Their professionalism and efficiency have made a tough situation much easier for all of us.

Excellent Service and the owners are stand up guys. We had to replace our heater and AC unit due to age and Action gave us the best quote of the 3 companies we called and installed it all fairly quickly. When a pretty big issue came up, one of the co-owners took action and solved it quickly, professionally and completely to our benefit, even at a small detriment to themselves. Would strongly recommend them for HVAC needs.

Plumber Jesse was awesome! He went above & beyond & fixed my water pressure in my kitchen faucet. I've had a great experience with all the guys at Action over the years. They do excellent work!

Ismael was my service tech and arrived right on time. He took the time to listen to my heating issue and once he found the problem, showed me what it was and promptly fixed it. He also explained the concept of the heat pump, thermostat and humidifier in a way that I could understand how it works. He also suggested what type of filter to use and made sure that my lights were turned off downstairs after completing the service. Give this guy a raise! I would also like to thank the office staff for getting me serviced the next day. My heat went down on one of the coldest Thursdays in December. I will highly recommend this company to others!

I received extremely prompt service from this company. They will be my go to from now on! Noah was so cheerful and polite, took care of our furnace issue in no time and gave us a few pointers on regular maintenance. Will request him if we ever need service again. Services were reasonably priced. A+ company

Company left backhoe in my back yard for days and over a weekend when no one was working. Tore up my yard.(I was not having the work done) When they called about the issue. I was offered no fix to the problem and felt like I was the issue. Disrespectful company that doesn’t care for its surroundings

(Update) the OWNER of ACTION PLUMBING showed up after I’d contacted the local police department. After claiming I knew nothing about easements and acting like a total jerk. The backhoe was moved. However, the owner was in fact the one who didn’t know his facts. I live in the near south area. I contacted the county assessor. I was informed that there are NO easements registered in this area. So these companies have NO right to destroy residential properties or even access them with permission from the land owner. If you live in the same area and have been affect by these guys. You have the right to ask for repairs to your property. DON’T LET THESE GUYS THROW THEIR IMAGINARY POWER AROUND.

I recently had a great experience with Capitol. I live in an apartment, My AC went out on a Thursday night, I had a technician there first thing Friday morning to diagnose the problem. At first it was goin to be a week to get a replacement which is understandable but capitol went above and beyond and sent a guy out Saturday morning to do an install. I can’t say enough good about Joe the install man. He was very professional an did a fantastic job getting everything up and working! Thank you guys for all your teamwork and diligence on the matter.

Great job troubleshooting and replacing condenser coil in central air unit. Marshall did the job in a neat and timely manner. Capitol has earned my business by doing great work over the years.

They were outstanding. Came to my house after 9 pm on a Saturday night to address the issue, diagnosed the problem and got out unit back on and running. Communication from staff was also outstanding.

My heat pump went out tonight and these guys were prompt and fixed the issue quickly! I have also used them for routine maintenance. Sam has helped me a couple times and is always polite and answers all of my questions AND shuts my gate so my dogs don't get out. Friendly and fast service - even when on call on a weekend night! Greatly appreciated and would recommend.

Same day service done professionally and with a smile.. bought my system from them 10 years ago and had a small leak at the filter dryer.. made the repair without trying to upsell and got us up and running again for summer.. best in Lincoln IMO..
