I was trying to go to my bank drive thru and one of their vans was blocking it. I kindly asked when he would be done and if he could move. He flatly told me no. Then I told him I was recently post-partum and had my baby in the car and I didn't want to have to park in the parking garage and walk to the bank. He gave no sympathy and basically said "too bad I don't care". From that interaction alone I would never use this company. A little kindness and compassion go a long way.
Had a boiler issue come up and Jeremy H was very quick to help get here to make sure we got back up and running. Great company in my experience with them.
