Nick barr was great explained everything and was very timely

This is a big corporation and they know how to convince you to do the work. They are nice but pushy & very quick to schedule and start work. They did fine work came very quickly, getting the work done within a couple of weeks.
However, they charged $80 to just come and look at our house. Then, they bid low, when they first came they said $1,000 to $1,200. Then, they came and did the work, taking less than then they originally said, but they charged us $1,640. They never stopped to tell us why they charged us more, they just did. So, don’t trust the bid & know that they will take as much as they can. This job shouldn’t have cost more that $800 so, we were already over paying. We are feeling cheated

Great experience today. Had Nick out to assess the problem within 30 minutes of calling. He explained and corrected the problem quickly. He taught us what to look for next time to save us another call. He was respectful and diligent about making sure he kept our house clean while working. Will definitely use Team Kline again if we need help.

I have worked with Nick B. three times now. And each experience has been just awesome. He is Professional, experienced, and just so easy to work with! I could tell these guys had a solid background in electronics. My first experience was repairing two old IPhones. Both phones had shattered screens and one would not charge. Complete electronics had them sorted out with ease and at a more affordable value. Some of the most impressive work I have seen from these guys is tv mounts and installations. Their ability to mount on different materials as well as hide cables in walls impresses me. I wouldn't trust anyone else to mount a tv above a fireplace or anywhere for that matter. What I valued most was the customer service interaction. They are friendly, professional and trustworthy! I will likely be a repeat customer!
