Electrical reviews in Omaha, Nebraska

Voltage Solutions is helping us with a remodel. There are always unexpected problems that arise, and they are very helpful providing solutions.

My experience was very good they were able to install a new circuit for a generator on our old panel.

Jason and team are very reliable and do great work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend Voltage Solutions to everyone I know.

We had a great experience, will definitely be using again. They did an awesome job putting an electrical outlet above fireplace and mounted TV. They also installed recessed lighting in our living room. Very professional and friendly.

They came out within a few days and did the work that requested. They were very nice on the phone and although I was not here when they did the work (my older sons were.) they were very professional and quick to get the few small jobs that I requested done QUICK!. I have not got the bill yet (since they said they would bill us within 30 days.) But the prices they quoted on the phone were very reasonable. I have been looking for a decent electrician and I think I have found them!

We had a two different jobs quoted from this company. The quotes seemed reasonable in price so we went ahead and scheduled the service. One of the jobs was to have existing floating shelves lit with tape lighting in our bar area. The finished product looked terrible. The lights from the shelves essentially lit up a large hole that was left in the wall. The owner did not seem to see a problem with the finished product when it was presented to him. We finally decided that we would not pay for the job which he mostly agreed to. We had to take down the shelves and reposition them on our wall to cover up the holes that they had left. Their work looked VERY unprofessional. We will still have to do a little patching and paint work to make it look presentable which is a huge pain considering it looked fine before they started.

We also had them add an outlet in our garage. They finished that job as well, but left a wire in front of a stud which was then exposed to our outside wall. They did not cover up the hole which is why we were able to discover this. They did end up fixing this to make it more safe after we asked, but it was upsetting that someone would leave something so unfinished to begin with.

I had Voltage Solutions mount two TVs in our new home, and they did an extraordinary job! The TVs look great, and they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. After they left, I had trouble with one of the cords (my fault - not theirs) and they came back right away to fix it for me at no charge. I am so impressed with their customer service!

We have used Voltage twice. They’ve installed light fixtures and a ceiling fan for us. Thomas was friendly and incredibly helpful in completing the install. Jason is honest and helpful in the quote process, and his prices are incredibly fair and reasonable. We have already set up a third job with them and will continue to go to Voltage for our electrical needs!

As other reviews elsewhere have mentioned, slow to respond, poor communication, does not stay with initial bids so make sure yours on paper. Quality of work was (see below edit).
EDIT: had to edit this as I had problems with the the things he did. Fortunately I had another electrician come out and he found loose connections that could have caused a fire, along with unsecured wiring going into an auxiliary panel. I'll change the quality of work from mediocre to poor

Jason and Voltage Solutions is the only electrician our house will hire. He is prompt and does excellent work. He also lets you know what is going on with your house wiring. He. is the only electrician I would call.

Concept is the best! They have done 2 jobs on my home and both were completed on time and on budget in a professional manner. Mark is easy to deal with and his technicians treat my home (and it's occupants) with the utmost respect.

Mark and his guys got us done quick efficiently and on budget. Will definitely be using them in the future on all of our projects. 10 out of 10 recommend.
