We’d requested a bid through Angi to install a new electrical outlet in our garage to charge EV cars using level two charging. Through the company Mister Sparky not only did I get more than an hour of my workday wasted by a guy who, for reasons that are now entirely clear, proceeded to inspect every room in my home but also nearly two days later provided a $20K price to overhaul things that were never requested. By the way, a price for the new outlet, you remember, the item sought, nowhere found in Mister Sparky’s silly bid. I will spread this message as far as I can — never trust or do business with a bush league fleece boy company called Mister Sparky. Smoke detectors alone in a three-bedroom house in Omaha — $3,200! Again, a new outlet … the only item requested.

Winston was so great to work with. He is very knowledgeable and had great attention to detail and explained the why behind things. I would highly recommend him, and this company for future needs.

I called on a Saturday (of all days) about striking a rogue ground wire on our property. I received a few text messages with updates and not long after - Logan shows up in a Mister Sparky van. He did a thorough investigation on our electrical system at our home and gave us many options for safety updates. He fixed us up that day. Very helpful and respectful company.
I recommend their services.

Overall, they did a fantastic job on my home project. I highly recommend them to anyone who values outstanding service and quality. Also, price doesn't matter when the service, technician, and timing are all excellent.

Ian did such an amazing job installing surge protection for my home! He made sure everything was properly grounded and safe, and took his time explaining what he was doing so I could actually understand it. He was super kind, professional, and you could tell he really cared about doing things right. Now I feel so much better knowing my house is fully protected. Called on a Saturday morning with major power outage. Logan was in our driveway in 45 minutes. He was professional, explained everything clearly, easy to work with, cleaned up the job site. Would recommend him to my friends.

Do not and repeat do not call this company for service work or anything electrical. They quoted someone 22 grand for a panel service upgrade. 5 other local companies did not go above 5grand. This Mr sparky is a joke of a company. They prey on people especially woman and the elderly . They are sales people not even electricians. 5 grand for a whole home surge protection? The breaker cost 60 dollars and takes less than 5 mins. I had mine done for like 200 bucks. If you need a trusted company just search local Omaha companies. Mr sparky is just full of con artist.

Logan, Jake and Winston did a really good job. They were prompt, polite and effective in getting everything done. It was a big job and our old house presented a few challenges but these guys were up to it. We feel satisfied and much safer!

Honest business that cares about long term sustainability of my home’s electrical system. Winston was so knowledgeable and took the time to check out everything. He explained how to make things more efficient and game me the best possible solutions. He was so good I asked him to look at my other house to fix the electrical.

Ian did a great job reviewing what we wanted done, explained everything and how he would repair it. He is very personable, professional and knows the business well. He checked out the efficiency of the house and gave a detailed review of items that may need repaired and preventive measures to make house the safest. Due to time restrictions that day and scheduling issues the next, an installer was scheduled for the next day. Logan, and a co worker came on time to repair what was discussed with Ian and install the preventive items. Both gentlemen were courteous, professional and answered our questions professionally. They worked efficiently and cleaned up before leaving. Definitely will welcome these three back.

I'm assuming the employees are well trained and know their job, but I requested a quote for a specific job and they sent an inspector out that proceeded to go through the entire house looking for everything and anything rather than only what was requested. Multiple quotes were provided, but none limited to what was requested. If you ask for a quote on a job, don't be eager to make it equal to your annual salary. Limit what you're pushing your customers into and don't mark up the cost of materials like a high end retailer. Also note, if you tell the customer the trip and inspection fees are waived, let your technician know so he doesn't request payment. It's unbecoming.

I had a very professional, pleasant interaction with every aspect of interactive with Mister Sparky Omaha and Winston. The AI Voice attendant we valuable, not painful to talk to and get the work process started. The follow-up call from the manager to let me know Winston was on his way early was greatly appreciated. And, Winston was incredibly polite, did great work. I highly recommend Mister Sparky. Oh, and their Veterans' annual checkup plan was very nice bonus!

When your drivers are driving a company vehicle they may want to stay off your phone because when he finally realized the light was red he slammed on the brakes and was sitting in the middle of the intersection guess what cross traffic could not go around him
