Ian was extremely helpful and professional. Not fix needed as the issue ended up being an external line, but due to Ian's guidance this was resolved by noon.

He was very respectful and listened to what I wanted , But I don't believe we were in the same page, Dont get me wrong , the picture i got is that the company he's with, meaning your company or who ever I'm talking to right now , Is that he was fixated on what the company may want like doing wiring in the house or fuse box .I JUST WANT SIMPLE THINGS DONE. I couldn't get across to him that I just want it done my way. IM 70 BEEN AROUND FOR AWHILE. THAT TO MANY CONTRACTORS END UP DOING IT THER WAY NOTMY WAY. AND I JUST TURNED THE OTHER WAY , WELL NO MORE NUCE GUY.

They had Jeff over for a job i needed done. Excellent work, great dude, fantastic customer service, and good pricing. Will definitely be using them again.

Logan was great! He was very friendly and knowledgeable, and did a great job of explaining everything. He fixed my light and switch quickly and expertly.

We had a doorbell chime situation with our ring doorbell. The chime started to heat up and it smelled like plastic was burning. Ian made the trip at 2:00am and was incredible. He was pleasant (no idea how he could be that happy and positive at two in the morning). He fixed the issue, gave us information if it happened again. Incredible service and a job extremely well done. PLEASE PLEASE tell Ian he is fantastic at his job and to keep it up!

The guys were great! They showed up and addressed the issues for my customer. They stood by their integrity and made sure she was safely brought up to city code. The communication for me as a GC was fantastic. I highly recommend these guys for any electrical needs. 🤙🏼👍🏼✊🏼

i had prompt service, responding immediately on a Sunday night, and good communication, calling when 15 minutes away the next morning. Logan was thorough and courteous, wearing shoe covers while explaining his recommendations and backing it with photos. Mr. Sparky took care of my problem and added a surge protector to address future protection of my home.

Winston was very nice but had to call in someone else to check over his work because he was unsure. Our quote was for a diagnosis and repair but there was nothing repaired. They found the problem but we had to pay another almost $2000 to have the problem resolved. I would not recommend this company unless you have disposable income.

Power went out in the middle of the afternoon. They arrived within the hour, worked into the night until the heater had power. Came back first thing in the morning and finished the job. Very professional and hard working.

I would not use them again. I am not an electrician, however, if I had known what to look for I could have fixed the issue myself. I was way overcharged for what ended up being an outlet change. If I didn't need it fixed immediately, I would have told him to leave. The technician spent more time "looking" for things that could be issues and giving me high quotes to try an upsell other services. He didn't even put things back that he took apart. I had a ladder he pulled out to use and he left it sitting where he used it. Also, I had outlet covers that he took off and didn't put them back when he was done.
