I was referred to Universal by a co-worker and they did not disappoint. Good communication. I had extensive storm damage that needed immediate attention and they squeezed me in. It took several visits, with mandatory OPPD and city inspections, etc, but the workers were friendly and did a great job. I’ll use them again if need be.

Had a small electrical emergency on a Sunday... Called them Monday morning.... AJ came out that morning to give me an estimate. Said the soonest he could work my issue was next morning which I understood and appreciated. But then AJ was able to call me 30 mins later and said that he moved things around was able to fix it that day! These guys are awesome and totally professional!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!!

I have used Tritsch Electric a few times; recommended by my brother. They are always really good- super nice (I think Craig has been the one that has come to our home most often to do things), timely, professional and honest.

Eddie recently helped us out with installation of three light switches needed at our business. He was communicative and timely with the service provided. It is clear he/the company respects the value of keeping your word. I know our project wasn't the biggest or highest-priority, but his professionalism, attention to detail and friendliness were spot on. I’ve used tritsch electric for many years now every single time you called them you receive superb and amazing customer service when the technicians come out to see you you’re not left in the gray area they let you know what’s going on. You don’t get ripped off. they are the only electricians I have come to trust especially brady there’s never been a time that something stumped him. I don't write many reviews, but these guys deserve all 5 stars for their quick response when my well pump electrical box burned up. Best electrical service replacement I've ever had and will continue to use in the future.

I called to schedule some minor electrical work, and the person I spoke with was friendly, efficient, professional, and patient, as she took my information, asked questions, and scheduled a service call. Her soft-spoken and pleasant manner left me feeling appreciated and valued as a customer.

When their team came out to complete the job, they were friendly, professional, and efficient, as well, and we are very pleased with the finished product. I also appreciated the fact that they wore masks.

Mike Cupich of Omaha Electric Service came to my home to install two 120 volt circuits for my furnace and elector pump. He arrived on schedule and installed conduits. His work was excellent. The job charge was a great value.

I had a new electrical panel installed along with an exterior generator connection and transfer setup, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

From start to finish, they were professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was done cleanly, safely, and to a high standard, and everything was explained clearly along the way. It’s obvious they take pride in their work.

I also want to mention their professionalism on the business side. I made an honest mistake and forgot to mail the payment after the job was completed. They were completely understanding, cooperative, and courteous about it. I dropped the check off the next day, and there was never any attitude or pressure — just professionalism.

Quality work, great communication, and solid people. I would absolutely recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

Excellent work. We have used Oak Hills for over 15 years. Nobody can fish wires ( without any drywall work) as good as Oak Hills Electric. They know what they are doing and fair priced.
