Ian and the team at Classic window and gutter cleaning are terrific. We have them set up to clean the gutters usually late spring and late fall and they always check with us before just showing up.I would add a few stars if that were an option

Classic Window and Gutter Cleaning is my go to for my gutters! They make it a breeze to schedule, and they provide the pictures, invoice, and link to pay immediately after service, which makes it so easy for the customer. They also are super responsive and friendly whenever I have questions. I would 10/10 recommend to anyone!

I loved the quick quote response via text, it made the process so easy. The follow up reminder email was helpful and they arrived on time the day of service. My only complaint is the mess on the front of my gutters. All in all, it was a great experience but required a little cleanup afterward.

Outstanding job! They were servicing a neighbor and I asked if they could also take a look at a clogged downspout running to an underground line. They quickly located the clog and removed the debris. When they ran air through the underground drain, a nice geyser of clear water proved to me the line was clean. I’m really grateful: I was not looking forward to taking apart my gutters or climbing on the roof.

Ian and his partner were on time, professional and did a great job! I appreciated that I received pictures of the gutters after they were cleaned. I would definitely recommend them and will be using their services next year.

Ian and staff were quick to reply to my online form request and were able to schedule service within 10 days. We had our gutters cleaned and Ian came ahead of schedule, with the right equipment (tall enough ladder) and did a great job. Would definitely use again

Awesome job! Scott arrived on time, very polite and courteous. We had a badly stained carpet which we were really unable to get clean on our own. Shopped around and got tired of the run around given by the usual internet websites, which are agents who will schedule you with multiple cleaners, although none called. Kept digging and came across this business and said Professioal Carpet Cleaners. Got them a call and the business answered, actually the owner answered, and guaranteed me the carpet would be clean and fresh. Told them I'd give them a try, but I needed it done the same week I called. No problem, called on Monday, they were at my house Wednesday morning. The carpet looks brand new, EVERY STAIN was removed. Their name "Professioal Carpet Cleaners" is right, one heck of a job well done. I highly, emphatically, recommend this business. If you need your carpet, rugs, upholstery cleaned these are the guy's to call.

The owner Terry did a horrible job
First I scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. I called and asked why, he forgot to put it in the schedule book. He told me he would waive the tax because of his mistake. Monday arrives, he still charged the sales tax and he told my mother in law if she didn't get the couch clean there would be a service fee. He was not professional, did not try to correct his mistake. Do not go here
I would give a negative 10 if I could. Very horrible service from the manager Terry. I will be contacting the BBB as well. I never had such horrible service.

My experience with Terry and his business was nothing but positive. He responded promptly to my voicemail, got my carpet cleaning scheduled within an appropriate time frame, and the final product is phenomenal. I will be using Professional Carpet and Upholstery again when the time comes for another round of service.
