Running a small business requires that I wear a lot of hats throughout the day. It is nice to have a cleaning service to rely on so that I have one less thing to worry about.

We had and are having a bad experience with this company. They didn't do a good job cleaning, which seems subjective, but poor job in my opinion. What is not subjective is many times their cleaning staff just wouldn't show up at all without a mention of their absence. We would notice from the security system key fob check in's and the full garbage cans. Finally, on many occasions, our indoor cameras showed the cleaning staff bringing their children with them for the late night cleaning and on several of those occasions, the children damaged office property, including shattering a glass fish bowl and spraying cans of spray paint that we were using for a project in the garage on office property. Finally, when we terminated services because of the above-mentioned reasons, Tom the owner filed a claim against us in small claims court because there is a clause in the contract that says we need to provide 45 days notice of service termination. We were fine with all of the above and figured we would just move forward but the company filing with small claims court is really outrageous and made me realize I should probably do my part to alert other Omaha businesses of our experience.

For the past 10 years, Imperial has been our cleaning solution at our office, and we couldn't be happier. Additionally, when we have one-off cleaning requests, they gladly and professionally take care of them in a timely fashion.

Infinite Cleaning Service did a great job! They were fast to communicate, offered a very fair price and did a great job. They paid attention to many small details other companies have missed. I would highly recommend!

They did such an amazing job, not only with the cleaning, but with the deep cleaning, organizing and putting away items! It was so nice to have somebody do that for us! Also since we live out in the country we have really hard water and they were able to get all of our hard water stains off, which was amazing too! They did an awesome job! I’d definitely recommend them!

We had Infinite in to do a deep clean on our house today before starting monthly services. They were amazing. Professional and friendly, they went the extra mile to get every nook and cranny (which is a lot when you have two young labs! Dog hair is everywhere). Our house smells amazing, our tired carpet looks revived and perhaps most amazingly they got every single hard water stain that we never managed to clean off of our sinks and showers. Our house feels like a new home!
