Anago cleaning systems did a wonderful job with my office. I was hesitant to pay for cleaning. As a small business it felt like something I could do myself to save money. They gave a wonderful value on a one-time clean. They cleaned the cobwebs dusted the hard to reach areas, vacuumed everything, deep cleaned the bathroom. They did way more than I could have done myself and it was very affordable. Would I intended on being a one-time clean will likely become a quarterly clean because their service and quality of work was so good. I highly recommend!

I scheduled a clean with this company and they did not show up. I called, texted and emailed and when I finally got a response the owner said that her crew did not answer her phone calls. She did not apologize or offer to reschedule or anything. When I asked for an update about 15 minutes later she never responded to me. This left us in a bad situation because we needed our house cleaned before we moved out the next day and ended up having to do it ourselves.

Vivi and her team were great to work with. They did a wonderful job cleaning our house, and made sure to ask for any special instructions before starting. Highly recommend using them!!

The owner did reach out and did actively listen to my concerns and issue and was very transparent with what had occurred. They also explained the steps they are taking and have already taken to remedy the issue and concerns. The conversation did leave me feeling much more comfortable with the company. I left the conversation feeling heard and that positive changes have been made and will continue to be made. I would recommend them for the cleaners and the commitment and care of the owner.

The services started out good but went downhill as time went on. The cleaners were always friendly but seemed very rushed, stressed, and overworked. I had one issue that I reached out to the office about and was only offered a 10% discount on the next service after many days of back and forth emails, refused phone calls, not taking accountability, not addressing the actual issue and concerns by corporate talking around it or flat out ignoring it, not listening to what I was saying, subtly shifting blame onto the cleaners when the problem stems from the policies and procedures created, trained, and enforced by the office, and were just rude and manipulative. I would not recommend them because of the office.

I’ve had a great experience with Cleaning Ninjas. I’m a new customer, and impressed with their thorough cleaning and genuine customer service skills. If you want attention to detail, I’d recommend this company!
