We’ve been using Cleaning Ninjas for years and are really happy. They’re very professional and take their customer care seriously. We had a house clean today that was amazing! Shout out to Allison and Merrissa for taking extra time and care to make our house look great!!!

The Cleaning Ninjas do a great job!

I like that in addition to completing standard tasks such as vacuum and dust, they'll also tackle an extra task per visit (like clean the oven), which are things I never get around to doing. They did a wonderful job cleaning the oven after I had made a mess of it from Thanksgiving day.

Also, I just love the ninja theme. They have a sense of humor, which is the reason I was drawn to this company in the first place. I look forward to hiding the little ninja with the feedback card at each visit. It's a creative way to make it fun for the customer to give feedback.

Cleaning Ninjas does an excellent job and they work very hard. They state that If they miss anything they are more than willing to come back and make it right, free of charge. I've only had to ask them back once, but they came back and quickly and politely fixed the issue.

Loni has been very polite and easy to work with, as has every ninja that has been in my house. I would recommend them to anyone!

When we moved a few months ago we lost our cleaning ladies. I searched for a while looking for the perfect cleaning company for our new home. The Cleaning Ninjas sounded too good to be true when I was reading about the company. I thought I'd try them out to see if they really were that good. Well come to find out.....they are! Very happy with The Cleaning Ninjas and I look forward to our scheduled cleaning day every other week.

I am an extremely frugal person and a perfectionist, so it was a tough decision to hire a cleaning service, especially thinking no one could clean my house as well as I do. My first visit from the Cleaning Ninjas left me so impressed I didn't regret my decision! As an added bonus, the company is fun, organized and great to work with. These Cleaning ninjas were not ninjas, they were more like cleaning magicians. Not only did they clean everything top to bottom, but they brought order And organization to complete and utter chaos. With our busy schedules, three kids and two dogs The cleanliness of our home sometimes goes on the back burner and soon becomes overlooked. I cannot recommend these magnificent Women anymore, They truly have a gift, Not to mention the level of care and dedication that they apply to every inch of the home is Simply mesmerizing.

The Cleaning Ninjas have been cleaning my house for many years and I've had great experiences with them. They're always polite, hard working and do a terrific job.

I am busy mom and nurse practitioner. Cleaning Ninja’s has made it possible for me to do both without being overly stressed. They do excellent work. I highly recommend them no matter what your role is or a gift to someone you love!

The cleaning team completed a surface level cleaning, at best. When their work was inspected they didn’t clean the microwave, dust the blinds or baseboards, clean the windows. The dusting photo is from when I dusted a set of blinds two days after their cleaning. They said they cleaned the inside of the microwave. They used my kitchen brush that I use to wash my dishes to clean my bathrooms. The shower curtain in one of my bathrooms has bleach stains on it.

Unprofessional. I would not recommend this company based on the abysmal quality of work received over the duration of 6 months as well as the lack of communication and professionalism from the owner to handle any business matter.

My first review was an absolute 5 star based on the exceptional scheduling experience and quality of the service, but cleaning quality dropped significantly after the first view visits. Concerning our monthly services, the office staff was polite, professional, and attentive on the phone and through email. After a few months of service we noticed a sharp decrease in quality, and it just kept going all down hill. From coming home to a still dirty house that was treated as a rush-job, to coming home and finding my wood floor ruined from spilled harsh chemical. I could handle all of this, but the final straw was the way in which the owner Kris handled the situation. More accurately, neglected to handle. I worked with a receptionist on how to go about fixing the floors, I documented the damages, contacted, scheduled, and received 3 separate quotes, and during the 8 months it took to get this reconciled not once did I hear from the owner. Which I repeatedly requested during the process so we could figure out how to handle the issue. After submitting my estimates to the Cleaning Ninjas, I still did not hear back from the owner for over a month. I finally delegated through the Better Business Bureau, and within the following week their insurance adjuster called me to finalize. Still never heard back from the owner.

Extremely Disappointed – No Integrity, Took Advantage of My Trust

I hired Cleaning Ninjas for a move-out clean since I was no longer in the area, and unfortunately, they completely took advantage of the situation. Their quote sounded promising, with a list of services that included:

-Vacuuming all carpeted and hard surfaces, plus mopping floors

-Dusting

-Cleaning bathrooms (including "hand-washing the floors")

-Cleaning the kitchen and laundry room

I paid nearly $400, only to hear from my realtor that the only thing that may have been done was vacuuming. Dust was still visible on blinds, the floors clearly hadn’t been mopped, and the tubs hadn’t been touched.

I called to address the issue, and Samantha (the coordinator) was able to send the same team back out—but there was still no offer of a refund or real accountability. I was told this was their “best” cleaning crew, which made the situation even more frustrating.

The lack of integrity and follow-through turned an already stressful move into a worse experience.

Take your business elsewhere as I would not recommend Cleaning Ninjas to anyone looking for honest, professional cleaning services. Very disappointing from start to finish.

The Ninjas have worked for me for three years. They have been the best partners in keeping our house clean for parties and day to day living.

We first employed them for a really tough job three years ago. Our house was filthy after weeks of demolition and remodeling. A fine plaster demolition dust had settled on the floor. In the humidity of spring, the plaster dust combined with the sawdust and formed a cement-like residue along the edges where the floors meet the walls. This demolition crust was thick all over the floors, the counter, the mantel and even the vertical walls. The chandelier suspension chains were thickly covered. Patches of grout from tile workers were beyond my abilities to clear. The bathroom was the crew’s staging area and it had ground in grit. The crust was worse in the shower where the plaster dust immediately bonded with water.

The Ninjas came to our home and left it brilliant! The floors were clean and polished. The chandeliers were like new, and the lights were bright. The splattered grout was gone. The rear hallway had been especially filthy from dust on the walls and grime on the floor from months of comings and goings by various work crews. The Ninjas left that area bright white. The calcium buildup on sinks and in showers was cleared. This was the perfect conclusion and recovery from remodeling. We learned that the Ninjas can handle big jobs and leave a spotless home.

Since then, we employ them monthly to refresh the beautiful house that they restored. We schedule parties around their visits to share our beautiful home with friends. I literally cannot imagine life without the Cleaning Ninjas.
