Great service and friendly staff!

What a delight is is to walk into my house after work! Everything is clean, shiny, and dust-free! They dust every ledge and make my countertops shine! And I can't resist mentioning fluffy my carpets look! I'd give more than five stars if I could!

The Cleaning Authority does SUCH an outstanding job cleaning my home. The level of detail that they get is mind boggling. Things I cannot get fully clean on my own they somehow make sparkle. I also love their unique deep clean rotation system. They are efficient and my whole home still gets deep cleaned every month! Cannot recommend enough. 10/10.

Our experience with The Cleaning Authority has been nothing but positive. Malaysia, Jaqueline and Anna consistently do a great job cleaning our home. Also love the app functionality.

I wanted to wait for a couple cleanings before providing feedback. What I love, the crew arrives with a notebook outlining their tasks for the day. They will move items but if I have clutter, they clean around it.
The literally mop their way out the door.
What I like. As a multi person cleaning crew, they hold each other accountable so if someone starts to slow down, they pick each other up and keep going. I think this prevents some of the breaks and time lost when crews are smaller or too friendly.
With the work they do, I am more able to sort through items to donate and accomplish the decluttering and organizing tasks I’ve wanted to get done.
