Mohammed M. cleaned my carpet today. He did a really good job and was very friendly.

They were timely. Thoroughly done . Didn’t bother us and got the job done fast I have4 flights of steps and the bedrooms are way up top, wasn’t a problem. Great job will recommend in the future will use you guys again . Thank you sooooo much!!!!

We had our carpets cleaned today by Capehart carpet cleaning. I was blown away when I got home. The carpets look and smell brand new. I will be recommending to my friends and family. I will also be rebooking.

I had a great experience with Aliyah and Sami who cleaned before and after an event we hosted at our home. I got multiple compliments on how clean our house was. Communication and scheduling is really easy and they were accommodating with my schedule. Highly recommend!

I hired Grace Cleaning Service, and I'm utterly disappointed with their performance. Despite multiple trips, several spots in my home were left unattended. The lack of attention to detail and the need for repeated visits, leading to increased costs, were frustrating. The cleaning of an empty 3bed/2bath townhome took an unreasonable 10+ hours between 2 days (the property was left in good condition by the previous tenant). “Quality Service Managers” came by the property for approval before finishing, which leads me to believe there’s a lack of attention to detail from top to bottom. I expected better service for the price paid ($600+). I would not recommend this cleaning company.

Due to the holiday, Labor Day, my regular cleaning was rescheduled for the following day. I usually have Sami but this day I had Kasi. She had never cleaned our house before. She did a great job! She took a lot of time and effort and she did things that she didn’t even know she didn’t have to do being new to my house. She also alerted us to a toilet that was leaking in our downstairs bathroom. I just want to reiterate what a great job she did and how very happy I was with her cleaning.!!

Jose with Grace Home Cleaning did a wonderful job on my windows inside and out. We were able to determine which screens could be removed and which one’s couldn’t. He was friendly and professional. The office staff and Kevin have been very helpful as this was the first time I have used a company to clean my windows.

We have had such great experiences with everyone at Grace. They all do such an incredible job. I would like to especially compliment Julissa. She always does such an incredible job, cleaning our home with great skill and care. I cannot recommend her or Grace enough!

Opted for the "spring clean" package before all the family arrives this week. We've lived in this home 2 years and I just assumed the hard water spots were never coming off the sliding bath doors, and I just assumed the stains on the old shower floor were permanent. I don't know what combination of magic and willpower these ladies used, but Jessie, Gretel, Jenna, Talia, and Demona absolutely crushed it today. My year-old stove is already well loved and my husband has used Barkeeper's Friend and a sponge attached to a power drill to clean the stove top, but it doesn't come close to how it looks after one cleaning by the Grace Home Cleaning team! My parents and my husband couldn't stop talking about how spotless everything was. When my husband says it was worth the price, I promise you - this is the money worth spending. I know for a fact the house wasn't this clean when we moved in and my only regret is not hiring them sooner.

Esme has been doing our reoccurring monthly clean for quite sometime now and she is wonderful! She is always on time and always has a smile on her face. We have kids similiar in age and she’s always a breath of fresh air to talk to and always asks how my little one is doing which is so sweet. She is very efficient and has great attention to detail. Esme goes the extra mile and adds little details to her cleaning that separates her from other cleaners we have had! I would highly recommend Esme and GHC!

Hired Grace Home Cleaning as a gift for my mom and it's been great. Their online booking system is super easy to use - you can even add tips right through the portal.

The company clearly trains their people well and keeps tabs on quality. The cleaners seem happy working there, which makes a difference in how they approach the job.

We went with the 3.5 hour service so mom can decide what she wants cleaned each visit. Works perfectly for her needs. Alicia has been doing the cleaning and she's fantastic.

Would definitely recommend if you're looking for house cleaning in Omaha.

The gentleman( I believe Jose)was on time and very thorough in his work. There were a couple of windows that we had questions on, he quickly addressed our concerns. We have 3 stories with majority of the work does on the back of the house with floor to ceiling windows. He handle all of them well! The gentleman was very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

I used Grace Home Cleaning for the first time today. I got a custom clean and Anny came in and got right to work and she did an excellent job!

I had the pleasure of meeting Betty from Grace Home Cleaning when she came in to walk us through their services. She was incredibly detail-oriented and thorough about what would be done—it truly felt like chatting with a friend! I immediately felt comfortable having her team take care of cleaning our salon.

Since then, they’ve also started doing our windows, and everything has been spotless. If I ever have any questions, Betty is always available and happy to help—though honestly, I haven’t needed to ask much because everything has been done perfectly.

We completely trust Betty and her team. She is absolutely wonderful and truly deserves a raise for the amazing work and care she brings every time!

I did eventually have an in-depth convo with the owner and she helped make my experience right.
I may give this company another chance in the future.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this company… I tried this company last week because I received a gift card. And we only splurge on cleaning services as a special treat - in this case it was because I’m 39 weeks pregnant and wanted a deep clean of my bathrooms and kitchen before baby arrived. Bonus points if they could also dust/vaccum my main living room (mind you I live in a pretty small house).

When we hire cleaning services, I expect them to do a better job than what I would do.

For starters, it was disappointing to pay for 3.5 hours and only have my 2 small bathrooms and 2 ceiling fans cleaned - especially when other companies I’ve work with in the past have done so much more in less time. I keep my bathrooms fairly clean, so it’s not like this was a major haul to tackle…

When I voiced my dissatisfaction with only getting the bathrooms done, they were able to bring someone back in that next day to do the kitchen, since was nice since we were on a time crunch with baby coming. BUT I did have to pay an additional fee. But in an hour and a half, she barely accomplished surface cleaning of my kitchen. After she left, I honestly could hardly tell what she cleaned…

- food was still caked on the bottom of my oven
- Side of fridge never wiped down - dust all over it
- Top of fridge and cabinets above fridge not wiped down
- Food still caked on wall above oven
- Top and bottom of microwave not touched
- Kitchen island cabinets and lower cabinets not wiped down at all
- Nothing on counters were wiped down (keurig, soap dispenser, canisters)
- Trash was not taken out even tho it was full to the top

I am not sure how these things were missed in the quality check… if I am paying for a cleaning service, I shouldn’t have to go back and clean after them… which I sadly had to do at 39 weeks pregnant.

I emailed and left an internal review to the company, but I guess they don’t really honor that 200% satisfaction guarantee they talk about, because I have yet to hear back from anyone.

Grace Home Cleaning is such an amazing company inside and out. Their quality is impeccable and the staff is just as amazing! I recommend them to everyone!

Kevin and his team were very courteous and professional. They were prompt, communicated details, and focused on the work they were doing. This was the best window cleaning I have had and will continue to use their services.

They did a great job! Fast service and totally cleaned the inside and outside of the windows including the screens. I would highly recommend Grace!!
